Since you said you looked at all of them, I asked for a link to the Verizon user guide - I know the Verizon guide isn't out but since you said you looked at all of them, I thought you had access to one. Specifically, I was asking why it was not possible to change the 'primary shortcuts' (tray icons) on the S4 even though the manual says this is possible. They said that feature has been removed in the latest firmware, and therefore that manual is wrong. The manual is not indexed but has a list of topics that you touch and it takes you right to the subject. It does not let you put the ebook on the computer so you can navigate easieer. I found a Verizon store because I did not set up the phone right, could not set up my email and was racking up GPS charges with the default settings. I told the guy that I need to learn how use the phone. He set up the phone, handed it to me and told me to come back in two weeks because they were holding a class. Back to the manual. Meanwhile, I had just gotten my Real Estate Broker License and was getting calls from clients. I could not answer the phone. The manual said just to swipe the phone. But you have to swipe the phone and press the button. It takes courage to print an 82 page manual for a phone and this one gives you the info that you need once you are a little familiar with a smartphone.Absolutely useless, I should have my money returned it was so useless. Nor any mailaddress to the writer to let him know that you've got a book that is not as it is stated on Amazon. And as mentioned elsewhere, it has a picture on the front of a Galaxy S3 with a Galaxy S4 screen. Look like a lack of interest from the Publisher and one doesn't dare to order a new copy as it may look like the one I got. I regret I ever bought it!!!Bought the Kindle version so i would always have it to hand on phone.This was not obvious from the write up. I have subsequently found significantly better publications.Pages 11-112 are instructional. Pages 113-168 are the authors recommended Android apps for the S4.You can download it on the computer BUT this manual is so much easier for me. I flaged the pages I knew I would have to go back to for help. I was so very glad to find it printed in book form. It was definitely a good buy for me!You guys were awesome!
