Tro.On top of that the homework problems are intense if you are more then a 10 deviation from the answer you are penalized and then points are deducted. You are given 3 tries and there are no practice problems. The thing is these online problems are the evens so you can do the odds in the book and hopefully they will be similar enough.Tro's chemistry text is excellent, in my opinion. I tutor introductory chem students who are taught using his text, and to be honest, it challenges me. Having a solutions manual handy to use for examples to give students should come in handy. I'm glad such a thing exists.http://ecohouse-lab.com/userfiles/how-to-manually-delete-temporary-files-in-windows-xp.xml

I just haven't had any tutoring requests this quarter. It does, however, explain problems VERY well. It goes step by step on the problems and it makes it a lot easier to understand. On some problems, though, this manual uses very odd methods to reach the correct answer. Also, only the odd questions have answers until you hit the back of the chapter; then it just selects completely random problems, which is very annoying. I really didn't understand how to do some of the even problems and there was no way for me to figure it out. This book really needs to add the evens too.Unlike other SSM's that I've used, this gives thorough, step-by-step explanations for each answer. This is extremely helpful in my case as I'm taking General Chemistry II which is primarily detailed calculations. The Review Questions at the beginning of each chapter are also very useful for reviewing for tests. I highly recommend this book.I discovered this book at the end of my semester and it brought my grade up. I will be using the same textbook for chem II and it's a joy to own this book!Since im currently taking this class and homework is based on evens, it really can't help you. Overall, if your looking for the even solutions, this wouldn't be the right choice. The explanations were very helpful, but not having the even problems was a total bummer. Not sure why you would want only the odd anyway.Page 1 of 1 Start over Page 1 of 1 Previous page Next page. Our payment security system encrypts your information during transmission. He then went on to the University of California at Berkeley, where he did post-doctoral research on ultra-fast reaction dynamics in solution. Since coming to Westmont, Professor Tro has been awarded grants from the American Chemical Society Petroleum Research Fund, from Research Corporation, and from the National Science Foundation to study the dynamics of various processes occurring in thin adlayer films adsorbed on dielectric surfaces. He has twice been honored as Westmont's outstanding teacher of the year and has also received the college's outstanding researcher of the year award.
