I only discovered it a few years ago, but since then I just can't get enough. I love that it can replace just about any grain, even though it is not technically a grain itself. It then goes into daily suggestions, giving us a day-by-day menu of how you could incorporate quinoa into each meal. After that, there are many recipes broken down into meals. Things like quinoa pancakes and warm quinoa cereal for breakfast, quinoa and cheese soup as one of the soup recipes, quinoa vegetable casserole and quinoa frittata as main dishes, and even a special section on kid-friendly quinoa recipes. When a writer does this they usually show the conversion as well. This would be a difficult book for me to use because I would always have to be converting things. A conversion chart would be helpful. There are also some grammatical issues that do not take away from the value of the information in the book. It does lend more credibility when it is correct, however. The recipes seem good. The explanations and instructions are easy enough to understand. No cookbook is a complete anything at less than 200 pages. For an ebook it is large, but for a cookbook it is small.
