guidelines for applying cohesive models to the damage behaviour ofThere are 7 professions: Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Clothier, Enchanting, Jewelcrafting, Woodworking and Provisioning. You can choose any crafts you want; however, to raise crafting tiers and make crafting more profitable, you need to invest skill points into your chosen craft(s). Although there is no limitation on how to distribute your points, to level every skill for every craft is close to 140 skill points, so realistically you can only level up 1-2 crafts as these are the same skill points used to level your class, race, armor, weapon, and other skills for your character. The only way to level your crafting skill is via actually crafting items for that craft or deconstruct items made by that craft. Of note: You can craft at any station directly using your banked materials, without having them taking space in your inventory, this will ensure you have space for your crafted results! Alchemy isn't all that different than previous Elder Scrolls games. It essentially follows the same protocol: find ingredients, combine them at the appropriate station, discover recipe, now you know a new recipe and can create it over and over. To create more powerful versions of potions you will need to find higher level Solvents. These will be found in higher level areas. Some potions will have negative properties. Having a higher level Alchemy skills reduces this effect.Once you have your materials gathered you simply need go the appropriate crafting station, select what weapon or armor piece you'd like to make and then the fun begins. In Elder Scrolls Online, when you make a weapon or armor piece you will pick the recipe you'd like to make and then add a Style. The Style will determine the cosmetic properties of said piece. Once the style is selected you will choose the trait for that piece (see list below). This enhances the piece with preset qualities. After your piece of equipment is created you can further enhance it with Honing Stones.http://www.phleb.ru/userfiles/flight1-cessna-mustang-manual.xml

These can be found in crating nodes across Tamriel. The crafting process is the same as Blacksmithing. The crafting process is the combination of potency, aspect and essence runes at an Enchanting Table to produce glyphs that can then be applied to gear. The crafting process is the combination of materials at a Jewelry Crafting Table to produce jewelry. These adornments can be enhanced to be of higher qualities, and can be crafted as part of Crafted Sets. You learn recipes and gather materials and recipes from all over Tamriel. They are usually found in containers, chests, pots etc. Once you find a recipe all you need to do is click it to learn it and you can then craft it at any time. If you like making consumables that give temporary buffs, this is the crafting class for you.The crafting process is the same as Blacksmithing. This is seriously dumb by all means. The Companions System main focus is to allow solo players and small groups to take on overland and dungeon content without having to worry to be overwhelmed by the enemy forces. You can also find more additional details on the ESO-Hub.com Companion Overview Page. With the launch of the ESO Companion System there will be two companions that you can get as a player, they are called Bastion and Mary. According to ZOS the second companion Mary is a Dunmer thief with a “stab you in the back” personality. The questline will cover all of the details regarding the companions Bastion and Mary, once you finish the questline you will unlock Bastion and Mary as a companion. Crafting is an important part of the game, I do recommend to create a separate character that is specialized in all of these crafting activities. You will need a lot of Skill points, that is why you should do these things on a separate character and not your main. Crafting is a very important part of gameplay that makes the game more interesting. ESO allows players to create different items that will help you in the game. Note: crafting is really useful. Each profession allows creating top-level items that can’t be received somewhere else. Bonuses from professions will really help you. The amount of discovered traits affects the coolness of the sets you can create. You can also make different things which are very useful for your character and which you can sell to other players to make some money. Resources for crafting can be found in different gathering nodes: alchemists need to gather herbs, blacksmiths - ore, and so on. Blacksmithing, woodworking, and clothing allow to deconstruct gear you find during exploration for getting extra resources and valuable materials. You are not restricted by only one resource type. This allows you to progress in several professions simultaneously or to gather resources to share with your guildmates. Other players may also want to benefit from it. But only the fastest will receive the resource. If you start gathering the resource faster than another player you will get it. Blacksmith needs anvil and forge, Alchemist needs special Alchemist’s laboratory, Enchanter needs Enchanter’s table and Provisioner needs campfire or other fire. These stations are usually easy to find in large cities in every location. When you approach your working place press the E button and you will see the crafting interface. No, developers told that their goal was to make the game interesting for players. In general, crafting is based on exploration. In some professions like Alchemy, you will have to combine different ingredients in order to discover new effects. This process is interesting and you will have a lot of fun. There are barrels around, there are crates around, and you’re like, “What’s going on here?” so you start to click on them and you say, “Oh. There are items in them!” There are fruits, there are vegetables, there are grains, but it’s not just useless stuff. You can take any one of these items that you find and it’s going to be part of a recipe; it’s going to be part of the crafting system. They can be found at the skills tab. You don’t receive special crafting points for leveling these abilities. You need to spend your general skill points in order to learn the skills of any profession. Moreover, there are no limits on how many professions you can master. Just make sure you have enough skill points and materials. Such mechanics allows one character to master all professions in the game. When you see the interface for the first time the game will show you a brief guide. Read it in order to understand how it works. This ability allows to destroy an item and receive some useful metatarsals out of it. Not all professions can deconstruct. For example Provisioners and Alchemists can't do this. But Blacksmiths, Clothiers, Woodworkers and Enchanters can. When you destroy an item you also receive Experience within that profession. It's one of the best ways to level up your profession. This information is very important. If you want to level the profession fast, find another crafter and exchange items with him. But that's wrong! Practice shows, that Alchemy and Provisioning (Cooking) is easier to level up because in these professions player gets much more experience per created item. If you research a trait you can use it later for your future items. Every weapon and armor type has independent list of traits. The number of Traits you know for a particular item type affects your ability to make this item for different Armor and Weapon sets. For example Spectre's Eye Set requires you to know 8 Traits. If you discovered 8 traits for Dagger and 7 Traits for Two-Handed Sword you will be able to craft only Dagger. You will have to discover 1 more trait in order to make Two-Handed Sword for Spectre's Eye Set. You can identify the quality by the color of the name. Legendary items are rare, strong and are very expensive. For example provisioner can use recipes with different quality and thus produce food with different quality. An Enchanter can also create runes with different quality by using different rune stones. That's not about crafted items only. You can upgrade any item you find in the game. For example a Woodworker can increase quality of any bow. Upgrading process will increase its characteristics. The greatest thing about this is that it’s possible to improve any gear you find. And it is not only about high level items. All armor and weapon in the game that can be crafted has racial styles. When you start playing ESO you can craft items using only one style of your current race. For example Imperials can craft only in Imperial style in the beginning. You need to discover other races’ styles in order to be able to use them in crafting. Explore the world and look for special books called Racial Motifs. When the Motif is learned you receive possibility to use new style in crafting. Basic racial styles are not expensive, but rare cost more money. It's the easiest way but you will have to spend real money. You can't advance higher than this cap. Higher Ranks allow you to receive access to new Skills. For example Blacksmith can use high level ores and receive more resources from deconstructing. You gain XP when you create something and you also gain XP when you deconstruct. Here is information that will allow you to understand how to advance faster: If the profession allows to deconstruct - don't ignore this opportunity. We advice to deconstruct all the items you can. If the profession doesn't allow to deconstruct - the only way to level it up is to craft again and again. You will receive tons of experience points. That's why it's great to exchange with other players. It's always great to destroy Veteran Rank items. We recommend this video if you know nothing about this subject. You will see the nodes while traveling in Tamriel. They can be found almost everywhere (except cities). When you see a node you need to approach it and take the resource. Once you take resource the node disappears and will respawn after some time. Some professions like Clothing may require materials that can be obtained from animals only. For example lather. For example you can find Blacksmithing Station and see all your styles there (Creation Tab).I really love crafting, but a friend of mine said the developers even said that dropped will always be better, and when you go into a dungeon or group area is morally irresponsible for you to equip stuff you made rather then stuff you could buy or find that might be better. This totally sucks because I actually a sense of pride crafting, and thought i was keeping up with drops. I'm level 12, and i'm level 9 in most crafting areas. Also it really sucks that I have to choose skill points between bettering my battling skills and making it easier to craft things. Really in the middle about this considering re-specing could also prove to be very expensive. In the end game, does crafting pay off, or is it more of a waste of time money and resources? But Legendary pieces are very expensive. You will have to spend a lot of gold for purchasing legendary items. That’s why it’s much better to upgrade gear on your own. 2. You can craft item Sets and then upgrade them. Item sets give great bonuses and some sets can be obtained from crafting only. This article contains more information: Item Sets Of course you can buy great gear from Guild Stores but very often such gear is made by players. Moreover, at the late stages of the game you will have enough skill points for your battle skills and for crafting professions. Crafting in Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) is not as simple as it is in other games. While you certainly need the correct crafting bench, the required materials and sometimes the correct recipe, there are many other things to consider. In this Elder Scrolls Online beginner's crafting guide, I will go over the basic information that you need to understand as you begin your crafting career. A crafting area where you can typically find two or three different crafting benches. Raw materials can either be bought from other players or gathered in the game world. There are 10 tiers of raw materials, which do not need any special tools or skills to gather. However, you do need to upgrade your skills to refine and craft from raw materials each tier above the first. This applies to each of the crafting disciplines you wish to pursue. If you have an ESO Plus membership, all your raw materials will be placed in a special craft bag with unlimited bag slots instead of your inventory and bank. For a dedicated craftsman, that is a huge advantage as it frees your other bag slots for regular loot. Crafting Disciplines There are six crafting disciplines. These are blacksmithing, woodworking, clothier, enhancing, alchemy and cooking. The first part of the guide deals with the first three disciplines as they are nearly identical. The later parts deal with the other three disciplines individually. Each of the crafting disciplines has a skill tree with abilities, which need to be upgraded to access higher tier crafting and improve your crafting results. A quick reading of the skills should give you a good idea of what they do. To access your skill tree you can press the K button. This is the blacksmithing skill window. It is similar as the other two weapon and armor crafting disciplines. Screenshot from ESO The Weapon and Armor Crafting Interface The weapon and armor crafting interface is split into 5 distinct parts. These are refining, construction, deconstructing, improvement and research. The sixth one is used for furniture crafting and is outside the scope of this beginner crafting guide. Refining In this tab, you can refine the raw materials you have either gathered or bought into materials used for crafting. For each refining action, you need ten of the raw material you intend to refine. Construction In this tab, you can craft an item if you have all the ingredients. First, you need to choose the type of item you wish to craft, such as a sword or staff. Next, you need to choose the material you want to make the item from. By moving the material window, you can see the names of the materials you can craft from, with the red ones needing higher skill ability before you can craft from that material. Then you need to choose the style of the item, at the start you only have your own racial style, but by gathering or buying recipes you can learn different racial styles. Finally, you can select a trait for your weapon or armor if you have researched it and have the required gemstone for that trait. For example, if I wanted to create a Dwemer sword made from orichalcum with the sharpened trait, I would need to select the sword type, the orichalcum metal, the Dwemer style and a fire opal for the sharpened trait. After that, I just press R and craft the item. Deconstruction In this tab you can choose to deconstruct items, effectively destroying them. When you deconstruct an item, you can gain considerable experience and materials from deconstructing it. However, you gain no experience in deconstructing items you make yourself. Some items even have a special trait that gives more experience when the item is deconstructed. Improvement Here you can improve your weapons and armor, meaning that you move the item to a higher color grade. You select a weapon or armor you wish to improve and select how many improvement items (such as tempers) you wish to use for the attempt. When ready just press R and if successful you will get an improved version of the weapon or armor you used. Research Here you can select a weapon or armor that has a trait you wish to learn. To be able to add a trait to weapons and armors you craft yourself, you need to have researched the trait from another weapon or armor. Note that each known trait for a particular weapon or armor increases the time needed to research the next one. At the beginning, you can only research one trait at a time. However, there are skills that allow you to research two or three items at once in addition to reducing the research time for each trait. Therefore, you should try to research the traits you most desire first and later fill the rest in. This is the blacksmithing screen. It shows the items required to make an axe. It is similar to that of the other weapon and armor crafting disciplines. Screenshot from ESO The Cooking Discipline Cooking in Elder Scrolls Online is easy. You just need to have a recipe and the required materials. To be able to cook you need to find a fireplace that allows you to access the cooking menu. Fireplaces are all over the game and should be easy to find. When cooking you can choose between food and beverages to make. To cook, just select the item you wish to make and press R. This is the cooking screen. You see a list of items you can craft and by checking in the boxes you limit the list to the recipes you can complete. Screenshot from ESO The Enhancing Discipline Enhancing is somewhat more complex than the previous disciplines. The goal of enhancing it to create a glyph, which is used to enhance weapons, armor, and jewelry. To create a glyph, you need to place three runes, one of each type, in the rune phase box at the bottom of the screen. For a successful glyph making you need to place the correct runes together. The runes are grouped in three categories: potency runes, essence runes and aspect runes. Potency runes, which are boxlike, decide the level of the item the glyph can be fastened to and they decide whether the essence rune uses the additive or subtractive effect. The essence runes determine the effect of the glyph and the aspect runes determine the potency of the rune. After each attempt, you gain an understanding of the rune used and slowly you should start to learn how to create a specific glyph. You can also deconstruct glyphs that you loot from enemies in the game. Each deconstruction will reward you with experience and runes. This is the enchanting screen. You can see that you need three runes, one of each type to create a glyph. Screenshot from ESO The Alchemy Discipline Much like the enchanting discipline, alchemy requires some degree of experimentation. You first need to select a solvent and then add to that two plants that you have gathered or bought. At first, you will get potions that have both positive and negative effects, but as your skill increases, you will be able to suppress the negative parts and even make multiple potions from each batch. This is the alchemy screen. For each batch you need a solvent and two plants that act as reagents. You can see from my level that I am a beginner alchemist. Screenshot from ESO Daily Crafting Quests Each day you can choose to perform a crafting quest which will reward you with some silver, materials and even recipes. You can usually find the daily quest on a billboard in every major town in the game. Generally, you need to craft a certain number of items and then place them in a container which will then take the items and replace them with a quest reward. One thing to consider. Whenever you upgrade your crafting ability to a higher tier, the daily crafting quests reflect this by offering only quests for that tier. So you should hold out on upgrading your skills until you are ready and able to access higher tier materials. Other product and company names shown may be trademarks of their respective owners. In total there are seven professions a player can level up and master as a crafter. Each one of these professions can be used to create different items in the game, from armor and weapons to stat-altering Food to powerful Glyphs. The highest level of every Crafting Profession in ESO is 50 and to master them, time, gold and dedication is required. Crafting Certification and Writs You can acquire the skill line for every crafting profession simply by interacting with the appropriate crafting station. But to become an efficient crafter, you have first to become certified in the professions that interest you. Certification gives you access to Daily crafting quests, called writs, that can reward you with gold, crafting materials, surveys and Master Writs. Certification To become certified you have to visit two NPC in your Alliance’s main starter city, Vukhel Guard, Davon’s Watch or Daggerfall. The first NPC is Millenith in the Fighters Guild that can help you become certified in Blacksmithing, Clothing and Woodworking. The second NPC is Danel Telleno in the Mages Guild that can help you become certified in Alchemy, Enchanting and Provisioning. Finally, to become certified in Jewelry Crafting you must have access to the Summerset DLC and visit Alinor. Right outside the city’s main crafting area you can talk to Felarian to begin the certification process. This certification process is nothing more than a short quest for each profession that will teach you how to collect materials, refine them, create items and deconstruct them. Again those are simple crafting quests asking you to craft specific items based on your profession level and allocated skillpoints. When you are done crafting them you can deliver them to the appropriate area in the city you are and collect the rewards. The higher your level in a profession the better items you will be asked to craft and the better your rewards. These rewards can include Survey Reports and Master Writs. Survey Reports will send your around Tamriel to collect specific materials in greater quantities and for that reason they are valuable to crafters. Master Writs are even more valuable. Master Writs will ask you to create high quality items and will reward you with Writ Vouchers, a special in-game currency. You can trade Writ Vouchers with specific NPC located at your Alliance’s Capital, Elden Root, Wayrest or Mournhold, for special items, recipes, Motifs. Crafting Professions Blacksmithing Blacksmithing is used to create metal Weapons and Heavy Armor. Ore is its crafting material and we are using Tempers to improve the quality of items. These four Crafting Professions are almost identical in their process, sharing the same crafting interface. In total there are six Tabs. The first is Refine, where we refine raw materials to crafting materials. The second is Creation, where we actually create, craft items. When in this tab you can choose the piece you wish to craft, the material you are going to use, which determines the level of the item, its style which depends on the Motifs you know and its Trait, which is very important since it gives to every piece a special effect. The third is Deconstruct, where we destroy items to take back materials and special items ( Tempers, Tannins, Resins, Platings ). The fourth is Improvement, where we improve the quality of items by using Tempers, Tannins, Resins or Platings depending on the profession. The fifth is Research, where we research items to learn their traits. The sixth is used for Furniture Crafting. Research Research is a rather big and important part of crafting for Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Woodworking and Jewelry Crafting. How many Traits we have researched and which, determines what we can craft. Every crafted item has nine traits and in order to master its crafting process we have to learn them all. To research a trait you use an item with that specific trait. To learn the Divines Trait for Heavy Armor Chest, for example, you have to research a Heavy Armor that has the Divines Trait already. The item is destroyed in the process. How fast you can research Traits and how many Traits you can research at the same time depends on the skillpoints you have invested in the appropriate Passive skill. It can take a few hours to learn your first Traits and up to a month to learn your last ninth Trait. There are scrolls that can reduce the time it takes you to research an item. You can buy those scrolls from the Crown Store or get them as daily login reward or even buy with Writ Vouchers.
