GetJet Airlines has a hazard identification program for ground handling operations which is implemented through GetJet and includes a combination of reactive and proactive methods for safety data collection, also processes for safety data analysis that identify existing hazards and predict future hazards to aircraft operations. Reactive from past experiences (accidents or incidents, that have occurred). GetJet analyze previous mistakes and take actions to prevent them. Proactive from current experience (this information comes from our operations, basically from reports, audits, safety surveys, flight data monitoring (FDM) and compliance monitoring program) Predictive from our operational meetings (SRB meeting once per 4 months, during meeting, all previous data is considered and efforts are made to consider where next hazards might arise). Hazards are identified, analyzed and evaluated in Risk Assessment process. Identified hazards are published through GetJet organization via IQSMS, to prevent safety accidents and incidents. Occurrence is event occurring during operations affecting or potentially jeopardizing the safety of a flight, the safety of persons, the airworthiness of the aircraft or causing damage to property or equipment. Integrated Quality and Safety Management System, web-based tool consists on these modules: Reporting Module, Quality Module, Flight Data Monitoring Risk Module, Airport- and Flight Risk Module, Risk Management Module, Document Distribution Module and Survey Module. For voyage, suggestion, observation, non-safety occurrences GetJet employee can also use IQSMS General report for any voyage, suggestion, observation, non-safety occurrences to be reported. The purpose of the occurrence and accident reporting is to ensure the mandatory reporting to the Authorities is accomplished in a timely manner and that reports evaluated and can be used to identify undesirable trends and track the status of reports that require actions of any kind. GetJet is committed to operate according to highest safety standards. To achieve this goal, it is imperative to have uninhibited reporting of all accidents, incidents, events, hazards, risks, errors and other information that may compromise the safe conduct of our operations. To this end, every staff member is warmly encouraged to, and responsible for, reporting any safety-related information. It s extremely recommended to report about any event or hazardous condition related with GetJet aircraft servicing. Reporting is free of any form of reprisal. The main purpose of reporting is risk control and accident and incident prevention, not the attribution of blame. No action will be taken against any person who discloses a safety concern through the reporting system, unless such disclosure reveals, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a deliberate or wilful disregard of regulations or procedures. GetJet method for collecting, recording and disseminating safety information guarantees the protection to the extent permissible by law, of the identity of those who report safety information. Confidential Reporting system does not replace any of the current mandatory reports, but Confidential Reporting system may be used instead of any company report to report an incident or safety deficiency (not accident) if the reporter has a particular reason to seek confidentiality. Confidential reporting systems facilitate the disclosure of human errors, without fear of retribution or embarrassment, and enable others to learn from previous mistakes. This is one way of ensuring that voluntary reporting systems are nonpunitive.
