Plug the power cord into a power outlet. Press lightly and slide it in the direction of the arrow until it clicks. 3. Connect the power cord to the power adapter. Connect a power source to the camcorder when replacing the backup battery to retain the settings. 1. Align the mark on the cable with the mark on the camcorder.
