BMI is a good indicator of total body fat in many individuals. It can, therefore, be used to predict health risks. Apart from having the will to live, knowledge, and kits for survival, you definitely won’t survive the apocalypse if you are a weakling. That’s right. If you think strength training is only suitable for heavyweight boxers and wrestlers, think again. Lifting light weights may not really add to the bulk of your muscles like a wrestler, but it will keep your muscles strong. The less activity you do with your muscles every day, the weaker they get. 5.Practice Martial Art For Self-defense. You’ve probably seen this in a couple of great Chinese martial arts movies, and while martial arts may be very good for fighting off zombies and invaders of your camp, it is also good for both body and mind. Becoming a pro hunter comes with a lot of learning and experience. In most states, you to get your hunting license before you set out into the field and that’s only possible if you take a hunter education course. Don’t worry; it’ll only last a couple of days. While you may not necessarily hunt with a bow and arrows, learning how to track your prey, pick a hunting ground, handle a rifle correctly, aim and fire are the important aspects of hunting. You can also set traps in strategic locations where the animal population is higher and use suitable bait. But the question remains, where do I go hunting for animals. While there are public lands in the country that are designated for hunting, how can you tell whether there are any animals there to hunt. The simple answer is to lace up your shoes and go hiking around. However, because the internet and technology are advancing at an amazing rate, there are now options for e-scouting, using tools like Google Maps to find areas that look more and less suitable for animal habitation.
