Some of the benefits include weight loss, clear skin, and a boost in energy just to name a few. The author discusses all these and more as it’s laid out exactly why these green drinks are so good for you. I liked the sections discussing how various fruits and vegetables affect the taste and the “superfoods” discussion for giving you the full feeling while providing disease fighting nutrients. There’s even a section on blending verses juicing to create these beverages. I’ve only just begun to venture down this path so I have only tried a couple of the recipes, but can honestly say they were surprisingly good. If you don't like vegetables then it's actually way easier to get a lot of fruit and veg in your diet by drinking a smoothie a day - they taste sweet and delicious.
