With the motorcycle on the side stand, push the chain up pressing with a finger at the point where it intersects with swing arm centerline. The seals might be irreparably damaged if the chain is cleaned using non-specific solvents or washed using steam or water jets. Insert the locating pegs of the bulb base into their seats to obtain correct alignment; hook the clip (3) to the headlamp holders. Reconnect the cables. The bulb is of the bayonet-type: press and rotate anticlockwise to remove. Fit the spare bulb by pressing and turning clockwise until it clicks. The height of the light beam can be corrected using the screws (1, fig. 38.2) that secure the headlamp to the side supports.It should not be less than 2 mm and anyway not below the legal limit. Checking engine oil level (fig. 40) Engine oil level can be checked through the sight glass (1) provided on the clutch cover. When checking oil level, the motorcycle should be upright and the engine warm. Allow a few minutes for oil to settle to a steady level after stopping the engine. This is done quite easily and quickly and provides a good measure of engine condition. Use specific products only. Prefer biodegradable products. Avoid aggressive detergents or solvents. My handlebars don't break anymore. I've heard that coil in the ignition could be the source but I had my ignition looked at when they were trouble shooting my cylinder issue. The shop said my ignition wasn't the issue but that my pin was bent. Every time my bike gets worked on my spark plugs magically have to get changed, I'm wondering if there is some kind of electrical issue to the cylinder itself that may be causing it to not fire.
