We were able to adjust all the parameters with the buttons and then we had the unit run for 30 minutes at various speeds and had the temp set a 4 degrees Celsius. After the 30 minutes was up we opened the unit and checked the temperature with an IR thermometer. For some reason though the units chamber ranged between 13-17 degrees Celsius.
