( 21119-1447, 6pin ). My problem is that I don't have spark. I would diagnose the issue but connectors from CDI to wiring harness have almost all different colors and I'm not sure if they are connected correctly (pictures below). Pickup coil is putting out around 400 ohms and is pulsing. Stator looks good cause when crancking all three yellow wires put out around 5v AC. Neutral light is also on which means the switch should be ok, if it even matters. I'm nowhere near proffesional around this type of stuff so any help would be amazing.Hello. Hey y’all I got a kfx 400, rebuilt the carb put bigger inlets on it, adjusted the fuel mixture screw 2.5 turns out and cleaned the fuel petcock. It starts up not so great, it takes full throttle with full choke and cranks for about 10-20 seconds before it fires and while “ideling” it surges very bad and I’ve messed with the idle set and it changes nothing, if you ride it casually it runs fine but as soon as you get on it for more than 4 seconds it stumbles and falls flat on its face and you have to wait for the carb to fill back up with fuel, I’ve checked everything and nothing is blocking fuel, I even put a bigger hose to see if that made a difference. Arctic Cat ATVWhen running for a while the rancher will shut off without the fan turning on. We then took it to dealer where it was started and warmed up. The fan came on at the dealer so they then replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. We got it back and ran good for a few days with the fan coming on when needed. Now its back to shutting off before the fan ever comes on. It seems like the time the fan should come on the bike shuts off. It will start after letting it sit for a few minutes. I’ve already replace the ignition switch and the stator which were defective. The stator had a melted connector and one of the phase had low resistance and low VAC output.
