I then submit my documents with someone else who had me wait another 2 hrs just tell me I needed more money down when I hadn't even chosen a vehicle being that the original vehicle I went to see was in no condition to be sold. Still dont even know how much I was approved for and I walked in with a pre approval agreement. Low pressure sales and good honest people. But they were kind and very responsive. Were willing to set up a appointment very soon. Great variety of vehicles as well. Great dealership. It never happened. He wasn't pushy or overly eager to get me to buy the Rav 4. Good experience overall. My experience with two sales team members was ok. Everything was fine until I asked about some of the service that was done and never received a call back. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer. I would do business with them. The alr conditioner does not work. This was a deal breaker for me because of the heat in this state. I cannot drive this car comfortly. I am very unhappy and would have never bought this car if ld have known. 0nce again, Corey was a great salsman and ld refer him to anyone! Bought this vehicle as advertised online. Simple, affordable, professional and friendly. Would buy from this dealer again. Attentive and professional. Unfortunately the car was already claimed by another buyer. Check engine came on the next day and wouldn't help fix vehicle But I didn’t like the car after I drove it. I previously owned a 2018 Audi Q3 and it was lacking a lot of safety features My Beetle was missing the lumbar adjust on the driver's side seat. I did not notice it until Sunday afternoon, after I signed my paperwork. I told him that yes, he was correct and I understand the transaction. I then asked him if he could at least assist me and help me get the part number and approximate cost, seeing that I would now have to purchase and have the missing piece installed myself. You made this experience great and I have recommended you to my family and friends for future Volvo purchases.Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation. A wonderful experience every time! I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features. The manager of the dealership Ken Kowal is an outstanding professional that shows the upmost respect for every customer that walks through his doors. We have been purchasing cars from him over the last 17 years at Volvo of Lisle and never has he let us down. Just purchased a new car a couple of days and plan on purchasing another within the next 3-6 months from him. John Taylor is our salesman, he will treat you very well. John has been with the company for approximately 18 years. Everyone that works their has been with the dealership for decades. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it. Never seem hurried, always have patience to explain, and are meticulous in their service. The showroom and garage are very attractive, super clean, and comfortable. And the People!!!! So Nice. Shout out to Sales, Service, Parts, Receptionist. Ken Merchut in Service is on top of things no matter when I call or drop in. Thank you! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker.Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again. He was very helpful and genuine, gave me a good deal on my trade in. After 6 wks, a long road trip, a good service report, all is well. I recommend these guys. I have heated leather seats and I get an insurance discount because it's a Volvo. Not a great gas saver but still a nice looking 3rd row seat SUV. You can create a big cargo space just by putting down the two back seats. I love the SUV. Other taxes may apply. More safety options than imaginable and having the Volvo button much like Onstar is an amazing feature. The kids love the wifi and the panoramic roof. The leather while soft and plush is super sensitive to jeans and leaves mark's on them. I also wish we could have rain guards, volvo doesn't make them but we had aftermarket ones installed. I didn't feel comfortable with the way the window was closing so we removed them. One last recommendation is to order Weather Tech floor mats. While Volvo offers a heavy duty they cannot compete with WeatherTech. I went for the 316hp T-6, and I am glad that I did. It is fun to drive. I got it with the air suspension and when you put it in Dynamic mode is does not feel like the 7 passenger SUV that it is. It feels and handles like a sports car. I hear sounds from old tunes that I have never heard before. I got a great deal on it as well. It is a luxury car and worth every dollar. PS - it is also my truck, I haul stuff in it and with both rear rows folded a lot of stuff, and it cleans up great for a night out. You were attentive, patient, and truthful. The simplicity of the touch screen is a definite plus as well as all the other features. It's a very modern, fun vehicle to drive. He was very helpful and genuine, gave me a good deal on my trade in. I love the SUV. We stopped by on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the GM, Tony, who then introduced us to our sales person, Vince. We had some specific requirements for a used vehicle, including price, features and mileage. We were provided a couple of potential used Mercedes and decided to drive a 2015 C300 4Matic. The car drove like new, with most of the options that we wanted in our next car. Usually, at this point, this is where the fun starts. You know the drill. Negotiating back and forth, discussing trade in values etc. This was no different at Napleton. However, the big difference is it was obvious they wanted to sell a car and, of course, we wanted to buy one. After finally agreeing to an acceptable price of the vehicle, along with a reasonable trade in value, we were ready to complete the transaction, and pickup the car later in the week. To our pleasant surprise, they allowed us to take a loaner home, we left the trade in, and made arrangements to pickup the car later in the week. All in all, a smooth, easy transaction. The way buying a luxury automobile should be. Why? One thing and one thing only. During the negotiations, the salesman will discuss with the GM pricing etc. When I think of accessories, I think of additional after market add-ons. In this case, the only thing being accessorized is the dealership's profit. While this ultimately was excluded from our pricing, my concern is that someone who is less informed or someone who is a neophyte at purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, would think that this is a required, legitimate fee. And, generally disrupts an otherwise perfect customer experience. With all of that said, let me be clear. Napleton is a class organization, with quality people, fair prices and willingness to do what it takes to put you in the car of your choice. I highly recommend them. They will be my first point of contact whenever I am in the market for a car again and I will make sure that my friends and relatives also know that they should visit Napleton in Schererville for their new and used car needs. When I arrived, Roshan picked me up at O'hare and we subsequently went over the car with a fine toothed comb at the dealership. It was nicely detailed and exactly as they described. We discovered that one smart key was missing and the owner's manual. They promptly had a new key programed at the Jaguar dealership (at great expense to them) and ordered a manual on-line for me. I greatly appreciated them doing that. The transaction was professional with no surprises and I'm delighted with the car. I highly recommend this business. I look for places to drive. It handles well in the snow and rain. I feel safe with my children and grandchildren in the car, but more importantly it is big enough for everyone to have their own space:-). My wife and I had a 2015 Chevy Silverado we purchased to tow the toys around our lake house. We are no longer planning on keeping the lake house and with that we will no longer have a need for such a large vehicle. Over dinner my wife and I decided we should look into purchasing a more practical vehicle for our current and future family needs. We browsed the internet seeking what car will give us the best bang for our buck. On Sat February 24, 2018 my wife and I set out on our way to find our next vehicle. Our first stop was CarMax to have the truck appraised, and then we walked into Infiniti of Naperville. We were not looking forward to another car buying experience. The receptionist greeted us cordially, and paged for an available sales associate. We were introduced to Adam Murczek, where he ever so politely introduced himself to my wife first then to me.
