Check the power cord connections. The machine is not selected as the default machine. Select your machine as your default machine in your Windows. Page 100 CONDITION Pages print, but they are blank. POSSIBLE CAUSE SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS CONDITION The toner cartridge is defective or out of toner. Redistribute the toner, if necessary. If necessary, replace the toner cartridge. The file may have blank pages. Check the file to ensure that it does not contain blank pages. Some parts, such as the controller or the board, may be defective. Contact a service representative. The machine does not print PDF file correctly. Remove the cartridge and reinsert it. The toner cartridge may be defective. The machine may require repair. In high humidity areas, do not leave paper in the machine for extended periods of time. CONDITION The scanner does not work. Ensure that there is power being supplied to the electrical outlet. Check that the phone line is properly connected. Check that the phone socket on the wall is working by plugging in another phone. The numbers stored in memory do not dial correctly. Make sure that the numbers are stored in memory correctly. Page 105 Common Linux problems CONDITION The machine does not print. CONDITION Check if the printer driver is installed in your system. Open Unified Driver Configurator and switch to the Printers tab in Printers configuration window to look at the list of available machines. Make sure that your machine is displayed on the list.
