FUEL FILTER INSPECTION AND CREANING If the fuel filter is dirty with sediment or rust, fuel will not flow smoothly and loss in engine power may result. Clean the circuits in the carburetor body with a spray-type cleaner and allow each circuit to soak, if nec- essary, to loosen dirt and varnish. Mea- sure the float height A while the float arm is just contacting the needle valve using vernier calipers. Bend the tongue 1 as nec- essary to bring the float height A to the specified value. With the beauty shop update and the dyeing system introduced not too long ago, many a foolish warriors would’ve spent a sizeable amount of gold turning their swords into a darker shade of grey only to realise that there are better swords out there. For beginners, the cosmetic trap of dyeing all you items when you feel like it will probably chip into your potion funds. Since merchants don’t deal with patsy single digits, a whole chunk of 2000 gold for a 10 stack of potions may pack a punch in your wallets. It isn’t recommended that you spend all you gold towards cosmetics as often there are items that are given free, or a drop items that tend to better than the item you’re trying to dye. Also the use of the player marketplace may save a lot of time and gold if you’re lucky. Sets that have a small percentage of drop rate on a boss that takes up a lot spears and potions may not be worth it in the long run as you still have to pay for the crafting costs. To avoid this and save a chunk a gold, work in a team and clear higher level dungeons quickly as a group or use the marketplace to your advantage. Often you’ll find the community is a friendly place where people will give help if you ask for it. Also with the party bugging problems fixed after the open beta, party formations are much simpler and easier to form. Working with others T his may seem hypocritical coming from a person that solos nearly every single dungeon, but working with others is most definitely much easier than soloing dungeons. So don’t be afraid to grab you closest buddies in real life and set up a gaming session or posting a party up in the party board. Also party members are capable of reviving you so that is most probably one exclusive reason why parties are better compared to soloing. A huge issue to overcome when working with others is the connectivity players have to the host. While the system to keep foreign players out is secure, it is never perfect. Hosts from outside the American servers will bring huge lag spikes that may deter people from working in a group to soloing whole dungeons. Be sure to play it safe and make sure you check your connectivity with the host before confirming your readiness when joining the party. If the host has a bad connection or is most likely from outside America, it is highly recommended you don’t join as you’ll just be wasting resources. This is normally in the form of gold or items. In Vindictus, one thing you probably want to farm is AP. AP is distributed through clearing missions and is used to level up your skills from F-1 (most skills are capped at certain levels) which is essential to strengthening your character. AP is also given through the “Meditation” skill and can be useful for those who leave their characters alone for more than 4 days for a Rank F Meditation as it caps the AP at 100 when you log in Conclusion W ell you’ve hear me ramble and spout pure nonsense about a game which probably speaks for itself. I'll outline the two most game changing updates to catch you up to speed. Raid With the Raid update the game has become very streamlined for new players. Essentially the game is now solo-able up until end game content. Ever character is DPS. There are more changes such as most useless items being removed but these are the main ones. Fatigue If you played before you may remember those bots that would spam megaphones and channel advertising gold sites. This was a huge problem for the in game economy system. To fix this Nexon introduced the (ever so popular) Fatigue system. This limits the amount of battles you can perform in a day. However, you can recover some points by laying in a guild bed and most events will give you plenty of fatigue potions to keep you playing as long as you like. Where To Start? Now that we have our bearings straight, where do we actually start. The ultimate goal is the end game content as this is where the game really starts. After these two easy steps you'll be able to do about 95 of the raids in the game and start joining raids where you'll need to party up with people. Step 1: Level 100 First and foremost, lets blast to level 100. This is the first thing that will happen chronologically anyways so lets start here. You'll mostly level just by completing the story but eventually you'll hit a wall.kinda. The game will suggest you hit level 90 before starting Season 3 and you'll be around the mid to high 80s. Anyways when you get to the first wall at close to level 90, the easiest leveling method will be to farm the Season 2 raids until you hit the level. You will have to complete some level 90 raids before this story; the game suggests you have a party for the raids but you can most likely solo them. Completing the story is required anyways since the end game raids have story prerequisites. Money Alright you're almost ready to play with the big boys now, but wait you don't the minimum requirements to join the party, why. This will most likely be because you dont have the Counterforce required for the raid. How do you get Counterforce. The higher level the accessory the more Counterforce you can get. This will probably take some money farming to get you where you need to be. Thanks to our new gear this will be as fast as it can be now. Before we get into this, you'll need to pick a talent and get it to at least level 100. I can't say which (if any) talent is the most profitable, but the main skill we need is dismantling which you'll get with any talent. Once you hit a certain level the Strange Traveler will give you a quest for it so you can't miss it. Try to keep the pigments you get as you level cause you'll need them to level your talent. Now for the money shot spots. Intermediate Element Stones These are relatively easy to make and always in demand so they will net roughly 2mil per stone. To obtain these stones you most craft them at your talent station. 1 stone requires x10 spirit magic powder and x10 element stone catalyst. For the spirit magic powder you'll need to dismantle level 70-80 gear which you can farm from Season 2 Raids. I believe this is the least efficient method of the two I'll mention due to the fatigue system. Sealed Power: Fragment We'll to move Season 3 for this item. All the level 90 raids will be easily solo-able with your dulla gear don't worry about anything. The main Season 3 bosses you want farm will be Eochaid and Abomination. There essence's will sell for 8-12mil. End Game After you've slowly amassed your fortune how do you best allocate your money. By now you should have enough Power and Tech (the other two units of measurement other than Counterforce) for most raids. I'd first suggest getting better accessories and upgrading them so you have enough stats to play all the content. Next focus on getting a powerful max level weapon. This will make most difference in your DPS which is what raids are all about these days. After that, if you want to go front page in rankings, you can max level armor and max all your composite stats.
