Descripcion: manual de reparacion mercedes benz.http://www.bluwash.co.kr/userfiles/ct3200a-manual.xmlThe high value of the harvesting machine is ensured through careful maintenance and technical monitoring by customer service. This repair manual is a compilation of our service technicians' and shop-floor experience. The picture sequence demonstrates the steps in a repair procedure. The text provides you with the information required for making adjustments, using special tools and further similar information. Essential repairs are listed in such a way that even individual and small repairs can be easily found and followed. Supplements are added to reflect the ongoing technical development of the machines and the manual is thereby continuously being updated as a reference book. As a precaution, always compare the setting values and fill quantities with the most recent operator's manual and the technical systems documents for the respective machine. Texts and figures Pictures and graphics apply to all models covered by this manual. Differences are highlighted by captions below the figures. Hoses laid in a straight line get shorter as the hydraulic pressure is built up. Ensure that when treating sealing faces of components containing oil, coolant and fuel, no abrasives are used. Loose particles cause pollution and damage. Ensure that no seal residues, rust, lime and combustion residues end up in open components (gearbox halves). Remove sealing residues, rust, lime and combustion residues only using scraping tools or cleaning agents. 123155-004 Spare parts 11210-003 WARNING Use of unauthorised spare parts.Read the section on safety in particular. 123231-004 Identification of warning and danger signs We have marked all points of this Repair Manual involving your safety and the safety of the front attachment or of the machine with the signs below. Use the lifting tool on solid and even ground. Lubricants, operating utilities and fuels escape into the environment. Always tighten the connections on the injection system to the specified tightening torques. Use only suitable testing lines for measurements on connectors. Observe the manufacturer's regulations for batteries. Wear protective clothing when handling batteries. Do not tilt the batteries, acid might escape. Measure the voltage only with a suitable measuring device. Avoid short-circuits by wrong polarity or placing metal objects on the battery terminals. Disconnect batteries when the engine has been shut down and recharge every four weeks. Danger of introducing dirt in case of repairs. Working with urea solution 124844-004 CAUTION Contact with urea solution. Manipulations on the injection and control system may also influence the output and waste gas behaviour. Fire hazard due to fine spraying of fuel. Avoid standing near the running engine. Never slacken off the screw fittings of fuel lines while the engine is running. Cleanliness Diesel injection components consist of high-precision parts that are subject to extreme loads. In view of this high-precision equipment, maximum cleanliness must be ensured during all work on the fuel system. Even dirt particles measuring more than 0.002 mm may make components fail. New parts may be taken out of their original packaging only just before using them. Carry out work on removed components only at a workplace equipped for this purpose. If removed parts are dispatched, always use the original packaging of the new part. Engine overhaul The service life of an engine is influenced by very different factors. Specifying a certain number of operating hours for basic overhauls is therefore not possible. Putting into operation after an engine overhaul Pre-fill the engine with engine oil after finishing repair, i.e. in dry condition, before putting it back into operation. This process can also be applied when establishing damage and reasons. On all engines that have not been pre-filled with lubricating oil, the danger of premature damage to the bearing surface is very big because the lubrication oil fed by the oil pump from the oil sump takes relatively long before it reaches the individual bearings. Such initial damage will not necessarily make the bearings fail, but can affect bearing function and reduce the service life. Consult a doctor if required. The intake valves and the exhaust valves are relieved at the ignition top dead centre. When at the overlap top dead centre, the intake valves and the exhaust valves are loaded. Log in Register I have 5 week old son currently breast feeding and being topped up with formula milk between feeds to increase his weight on the midwive's advice, as he has been very slow at getting back to his birth weight. He's currently on about 7 oz formula a day over 24 hr period and no his weight is increasing, I want to start expressing my own milk (so I can phase out the formula) - so have purchased a new AVENT single breast pump (electric one). The instructions are confusing to say the very least with so many parts to have to put together before we even get to that stage. Anyhow I have just about put the thing together after about an hour and almost throwing it on the floor several times. Now it is together I am going through the instructions time and time again and just cannot get it working. I am sure it's not faulty and it's just me but does anyone else have one and can offer in plain English some tips on getting this damn thing working. I really need some help. I guess the NCT or Le Leche will not be too happy at me ringing with what should be a straight forward task but I am literally crying with frustration that I can't do it. THanks x Hi ladies I wondered if anyone may be able to offer some guidance here as I must be really thick but for love nor money cannot work the damn thing!!!! THanks x Is the pump itself actually working when switched on. Are you wanting advice on how to start expressing with the pump. I've found with pump expressing its much easier to have baby feeding one one breast and to put pump to the other (an electric pump should do all the work when turned on). It can take a while for the breast pump to start extracting milk and you may find you need to reposition it to get the best flow. I hope someone can come and help unfortunately I have never used the electric one only the Avent Manual one and the MEdela electric pump (which didnt really need much assembly). Is the pump itself actually working when switched on. It can take a while for the breast pump to start extracting milk and you may find you need to reposition it to get the best flow. I tried mine out for the first time the other day and it wouldn't work to begin with as I didn't insert the plug part (a small rubber part that milk goes through before entering container). How are you? Have you been able to get the pump sorted. If you are still having difficulties, I would suggest that you call Avent on 0800 289 064.Have you been able to get the pump sorted. If you are still having difficulties, I would suggest that you call Avent on 0800 289 064. jeanettex I have it working but no matter what I do, I cannot express using it. I have tried on at least 3 occassions but although the pump sounds like it is working and pumping, there is no suction and no milk is coming out almost as if i am not producing a proper vacuum although I just can't get this right. I know there is milk there as I breast feed my son and leak!! I can also get a few squirts by hand. I do not think the machine is faulty as it was new, there is obviously a knack with them which isn't working for me. I will try calling Avent. Would NCT or Le Leche or anyone have any specialists familiar with this type of pump I wonder. I am sure if someone can show me I will get it right but I think where I am not really frustrated, I get anxious and give up:dunno: Hi Janette I have it working but no matter what I do, I cannot express using it. Would NCT or Le Leche or anyone have any specialists familiar with this type of pump I wonder.Kersti do you have as much breast as you can in the cone bit with no gaps as any gaps stops suction, does the pump pull your nipple in when its switched on? Thanks for your reply. It doesn't feel like there is much suction there at all and I can see no gaps, no bits of clothing or stray hairs that may be stopping the suction. I can hand express so there should be no problems with milk supply. I am going to ring Avent today to see what they suggest. A friend of mine used theirs too and said it was crap (only told me afterwards) but I am sure it wouldn't be still on the market if everyone thought this. Furthermore I bought it about a month before the baby was born and don't drive so can't get to the shopping centre I bought it, so I wonder if Boots will replace or refund me, as it was ?90!!! Hi Julie Thanks for your reply. Furthermore I bought it about a month before the baby was born and don't drive so can't get to the shopping centre I bought it, so I wonder if Boots will replace or refund me, as it was ?90!!! I've got the Avent manual pump and find it really good, I've just got 3oz out this evening. I find electric pumps hard to use as you dont have much control over things. I hope you get something sorted. I'm not sure although if you claim its faulty due to lack of suction in theory they should, best bet is to contact boots via email and see what they say about refund etc as not sure where you stand on that. Anyway I have the part now and all is working fine:oops. Have you ever thought, “why is my pump losing suction?” There are reasons that your pump will lose suction which will inevitably affect your output of breast milk. Breast pumps are like any other device in our life and require a certain amount of maintenance to remain at their peak performance. It doesn’t take much for the pump to start to underperform when running on batteries. Make sure you are recharging the battery often as needed. Check out what your options are!) The membranes likely need to be changed out every 3 months. They are typically just called They come in different sizes. The sizing is not based on the fanned part that fits over the breast but rather the opening for your nipple. Not the best set up for productive pumping. Also, check for any defects or issues with the seal. Click here to find out the difference. Your output will be more when you double pump. Read our Pump Reviews, here!) The suction and speed have the distinct purpose of mimicking your hungry baby.
