Today is August 7th and no one showed up yet. So I spent the entire summer with my 3 young kids who they dont care about with no Air conditioning in our living room, I filed a claim with Amazon and they said after 30 days there is nothing they can do. Fan speed and timer mode settings don't display the current setting, they only show briefly when you change the setting, so if you just want to confirm it then you have to change it, and cycle around until it gets back to the original setting.
