Since I practise in Canada, they do list Canadian info (brand names); some info is not relevant to Canada (brands not marketed here) but this is typical of many references. I have a friend with the online version on her ipod and she has compared the two versions and tells me that the paper version is a little more comprehensive; although the online version is probably updated more regularly.
