My only complaint is, I was hoping for more examples of documentation. The book does offer a suggestion book (which I did just purchase) but it would have been cool for there to be like one complete resident case, especially when writing for CAAs. I have written all but would have appreciated seeing an example of what surveyor likes. Overall, very pleased with book.I never went to obtain a degree in Social Work but I LOVE what I do. We now have the MDS 3.0, which is very different from the MDS 2.0.
