Jelf 1.0 out of 5 stars I've waited to read 8 chapters before attempting to review it. It's quite a frustrating read for a student who's new the study of leadership. Each chapter is also littered with 'diagrams' and exhibits which are supposed to illustrate the authors' main points but are often more confusing than helpful. Because of the chapter length, it's also very hard to refer back and find information. (I've had to resort to a very untidy Post-it flag system.)However, my teacher gave us the wrong edition initially, and I had to return the book. The seller was very understanding and they made the return flawlessly and very quickly. I would totally buy from this seller again.It was the final straw to order from Woody Books. His first was when they could not provide a tracking number to locate the shipment of this book. However, in fairness, the book was new and in good condition (some pages were bent in the shipment).
