According to Hornady's hype their L.E. powder is supposed to be the cat's meow. Not finding any other loading manuals listing Lever Evolution powder I'd expect to find a lot more info in Hornady's Handbook.Very nice information about the proper application and use of Hornady bullets. Each set of load data shows a small to moderate variety of powders. Seems limiting and requires purchase of different powders to conform with provided data. Would like data for a larger selection powders for each bullet. I recommend this book to those reloading with Hornady bullets, but use at least one other reference for comparison.The data in the book verify perfectly with my chrono data in the field. All the major bullet manufactors have a manual and they update them often and I would recomend picking one up if you reload or plan to reload. Thats the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

It pays to have more than one such book, for reference, to double check loads for various cartridges etc. There are many cartridges and not every last one of them can be covered in every last reloading manual. I always would recommend this one.Was very pleased with the fact that it is now just one volume since it is easier to deal with. The ballistic tables have been removed since all that is easily found online at Hornady and elsewhere. All the basic instructions to precise details have been kept and well organized.I keep mine on my bed stand along with the Holy Bible. Ok, maybe I am a little O.C. but I highly recommend this reloading manual.
