Solutions represent a long-term approach and will be carried out in partnership with a number of other agencies, eg, local strategic partnerships, casualty reduction partnerships and through the preventive work of local authorities. Following this, the condition of the victim(s) should be assessed. Consideration should, therefore, be given to using video and photography to record the scene.
