In typical English fashion (the books are written by Englishmen but nothing is lost in translation) they are scrupulously thorough, for the most part. Contains invaluable information n other manual has and most important, well organized and reable.Nevertheless, I have always bought the Haynes manual for every car I own, and that's not going to change. I find Haynes manuals still to be good value, even in the modern era.Sensors, senders, relays. I have a V-6. I wanted to know what do I have to remove to get to the back 3 spark plugs. The manual said just follow the wires. Nothing about access-like removing the air plenum, etc. Secondly, there seems to be discrepancy as to the location of the coolant sensor for the relay switch. There are different locations on the 4 cyl. v. the 6 cyl. Nothing mentions the single contact sensors on both sides of the engine. The relay section is sort of generic - nothing specific about what controls what. Manual says nothing about this. Chilton manual perhaps. Very disappointed. Not recommended if you have a V6.So to install an non OEM radio it either has to have a unbalanced output or if you buy one with a balanced output, you must open up the passenger side dash and hook up your speaker lines to the output of the external amplifier that is hooked to the speaker.Especially having an older vehicle, that comes with extra maintenance and work to be done on the car.
