Maintenance rules - Use original PIAGGIO spare parts and lubricants recommended by the Manufacturer. Assemble a new gasket on the carburettor body and tighten the 2 fixing screws. Walbro - Check that the pin does not show signs of wear and that the lock is in the 3rd of the 3 notches. If it does, replace it. - Refit the tapered pin on the vacuum valve. - Make sure the spring is in the correct position on the plunger and inserted in its housing.
