Calendar Use Calendar to schedule appointments, including meetings and other events. You can check your appointments in one of several views (Agenda, Day, Week, Month, and Year). The private appointment is marked with a key icon when you view it. 5. To add notes, tap the Notes tab and make a note. 6. Creating meeting requests You can use Calendar to set up meetings with users of Outlook or Pocket Outlook.
