I got to the last point on and a problem comes in there. Now when I use the hardware configueration wizard, I get to step 4 or 5, a Leica window shows for only a second, and then the whole program just shuts down. Help? Anyone? Twain is a real lousy interface to cameras and is more of a fallback solution. Please try the Leica Camera adapter first. I recently fixed some glaring bugs in this adapter and things are not completely smoothed out yet, but do download the latest nightly Micro-Manager build to test it out. Also look at the instructions here: Expect the first image you snap to throw an error (I am looking into that bug), but hopefully it will work afterwards. Good luck! In rare instances, errors in camera initialization caused Twain not to start. It is now possible to reset all cameras in such a situation.
