You can pick one or two of these up at the very start of the level and gain some quick kills towards the achievement. But the best way is about half way through the level in one of the corridors you will face a group of the super battle droids and all you have to do is just pick one up and kill the group but keep hold of the way you've got as they will keep respawning from the side doors so you can just stand there until you have killed 50 droids.
