Looking deep into the product listing you will find the product listed as model 204803, which is an allergen reducing filter and is NOT a HEPA filter. But the listing clearly describes an H11 HEPA filter and shows a photo of a HEPA filter. The package came with a new UPC label pasted on top of the UPC printed on the package. Disgusting marketing practice.They are the cloth allergen bags just like the ones that came with my Sentria. They have the rubber collar and 2 notch cardboard connector that you have to twist on. I'm very happy.This product was listed as a HEPA filter but we incorrectly received the Kirby micron magic filter that is not HEPA rated. Need to take the time and effort to return. I hope this was an honest mistake on the part of the merchant.My mother-in-law, God bless her, put one of our new bags in the vacuum after she borrowed it last year. Unbeknownst to her, the bottom wasn't sealed. I went to empty the vacuum today and the dirt and dust from the past year unloaded in our nursery. Boy was my wife struck with the holiday spirit. She was praise Jesus left and right. So be careful and make sure your bags are bags, and not upside-down sacs.We bought our Kirby in 2013 and at the time, we were given some cheaper bags. I originally found these at the Kirby store, but they are actually cheaper to buy them online and from amazon. We have three dogs and I believe the smell of the dander and dog hair stays in the bag. With vacuuming once a week, it still take two months for us to change the bag. The bag is super easy to attach and when you take it off it keeps everything inside. We just dump it into our large outside trash can when done.
