Can anyone tell me if you can use the available programming mixes to cope with glider settings like flaps and elevator down. What glider settings are not possible. I like (and NEED !) the 10 model memory, I mainly fly 3D, Park and indoors but do some slope soaring and hope to do more gliding in future. FlyfanFrom what I understand, it is a decent low-to-mid level computer radio, but I can't comment from experience on the functionality. AntonIt is very easy to program. It also feels great in your hand. I love mine! Thanks Anton for mentioning the different model number - I downloaded the manual but it was 6102 not 2610, the picture and specs look the same so i guess it is the same Tx. We fly the opposite mode in Australia, (I fly Throttle Aileron on the right stick) something to do with how RC started here a long time ago - seems a pity we don't all fly the same mode, but that might explain the different model number. I'll see if I can locate the review mentioned. Any more reports ? FlyfanThis is why the manual doesn't show anything about stick mode change. Its a good entry level transmitter, has some additional CCPM mixes which arent found on some of its elder brothers. The UK addendum sheet for the manual is available from. Unfortunately I don't fly ( yet ) but they are very good entry level set, havent had any adverse reports back. Typical JR quality, easy to use, reliable and comfy in your hand. Shares the same case as the X-378, similar display etc. The flaperon mix and a few other common mixes are already there. And there are four mixes that you can define yourself. I suppose you might have to get creative with the programming if you build a glider with four servos in the wing. I really like being able to assign function to the switch that you want. I have not found a timer in 2610 yet, except for the total time for each model. That is my only complaint so far. PMThe manual is very good although there's still some features I haven't found or used yet. The 10 model memories is a very useful feature, especially being able to name each model. Changing between models is very easy. The assignable switches are also handy. I set one model up with a different elevator trim on one of the switches, so I could flip the switch and have the elevator set for hover. I used the flap setting. The aerial extends very smoothly and feels like top quality. The display tells me all I need to know, shows where the servo trims are. There is an audible click as you adjust the trims and the pitch changes as you pass the centre, so you can hear where the centre is. Battery life with the original nicad was much better than my previous Hitec flash 5 but I've now fitted 1800mah NiMh to reduce number of charges and also remove the memory effect -now I can give the battery a quick top up without any problems. I'm using 75 exponential with all my 3D and indoor models and this feels very good. I'm very happy with the JR 2610 FlyfanI almost bought a cheeper radio without all of the options the 2610 has. Every time i use it i am very thankful i spent the extra cash. I have been very pleased with it and it has been fairly easy for a newbee to learn how to useAny data available. During those setting, differential function is operable. ?V tail helicopter is operable Throttle curve and pitch curve with five adjustable points per curve allow you to have a smoother curve setting. Radio is JR2610 and heli is a Mini Titan E325. The original JR package combo came with the G410T gyro. I decided to go for a 'better' gyro and I do have now the Futaba GY401. I got a Futaba S3154 servo in the process. Not too sure how to setup these little guys. Is this combination workable towards a better hold. Thank you in advance. Although it will be interesting to see how the little JR one performs that has appeared in another thread. The setup is quite simple and you will not have any problems. To save me typing instructions out there is a good article here: which hits the nail on the head when setting up the 401's. See how you get one, any problems jsut ask.. Although it will be interesting to see how the little JR one performs that has appeared in another thread. The setup is quite simple and you will not have any problems. To save me typing instructions out there is a good article here: which hits the nail on the head when setting up the 401's. See how you get one, any problems jsut ask.. I'm going to read it and double check everything. First problem was that the Futaba connectors don't enter the JR receiver. A quick fix with Dremel sanding fixed the issue. Second problem was that for some unknown reason to me, the rudder direction became inverted and as soon as I started the E325 engine, tail was acting as a fan. The mechanical setting of the tail was easy and so was the limit setting potentiometer on the GY401. After this I had a quick try in the driveway to see if the gyro was doing for me what it is supposed to. As I am a newbie I real scared to take it of the floor I am sure many will laugh at my ignorance, but what am I supposed to expect in AVCS mode? (In opposition to normal mode?) Is the heli is going to fly to the west cost by itself:?: I thank you in advance for answering as the only help available here is. Faith. Yes, Futaba refer to Heading Hold as AVCS (Active Angular Velocity) but they are essentially one and the same so dont worry. The locating lug on the plugs is normal, JR use chanfered sides on their plugs and Futaba have the lug. As I fly JR radio I to have to do the same, it's an easy job as long as you dont slit your hands with the scaple doing it The rudder direction you may find was just a by product of the different gyro, the servo pulse into the unit is perhaps handled differently and so the Tx.If it isn't then the gyro doesn't initialise right and will not hold. If you dont turn on in AVCS mode, turn the model off switch to AVCS (HH) mode and turn on again. When you first turn on the model the transmitter must be on, with the rudder stick in the middle and heading hold (AVCS) mode selected by the switch. Then turn the model on, allow the gyro to initialise this will be signalled by the tail servo moving to neutral and the red LED turning on. Now you are ready to fly assuming all is setup correctly with regard to reversing switches etc. The gain you leave set to where no hunting occurs, but you must not move the model while it initialises. If the model flies well in rate more and the tail is trimmed in nicely, then toggle the gain switch 3 times fast and end with the switch in heading hold. This teaches the gyro the new neutral position. Now try taking off again in heading hold (AVCS) and you will immediatly see the tail is a lot more solid and better held. Heading hold keeps a tighter hold on the tail and so it will not weathercock into wind or swing round in high speed sideways or backards flight. All of this is probably beyond your skill level now but you'll seen see the benefits. Have fun, be safe and let us know how you get on.. Development of the industry under various national and regional jurisdictions has resulted in a diversity of regulatory frameworks. This manual has been produced in response to requests for guidance on the application of risk analysis with respect to aquaculture production. Aimed at decision-makers and senior managers involved in the sector, this manual provides an overview of the considerations for risk analysis in decision-making for all types of aquaculture, including the impacts of aquaculture operations on environmental, socio-political, economic and cultural values as well as the impacts to aquaculture from outside influences. This manual will promote wider understanding and acceptance of the applications and benefits of risk analysis in aquaculture. This page doesn't support Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8. To this end, we used an extended form of the Stroop paradigm ( Augustinova et al., 2018b ) that successfully distinguishes between the contribution of the task vs.In line with past findings, the results of Experiment 1 yielded an important response modality effect: the magnitude of Stroop interference was substantially larger when vocal responses were used (as opposed to key presses). Moreover, the present findings show that the response modality effect is specifically due to the fact that Stroop interference observed with vocal responses results from the significant contribution of task, semantic, and response conflicts, whereas only semantic and response conflicts clearly significantly contribute to Stroop interference observed with manual responses (no significant task conflict was observed). This exact pattern was replicated in Experiment 2. Also, and importantly, Experiment 2 also investigated whether and how the response modality effect affects Stroop facilitation. The results showed that the magnitude of Stroop facilitation was also larger when vocal as opposed to manual responses were used. This was due to the fact that semantic and response facilitation contributed to the overall Stroop facilitation observed with vocal responses, but surprisingly, only semantic facilitation contributed with manual responses (no response facilitation was observed). We discuss these results in terms of quantitative rather than qualitative differences in processing between vocal and manual Stroop tasks, within the framework of an integrative multistage account of Stroop interference ( Augustinova et al., 2018b ). First, Stroop interference refers to longer color identification times for color-incongruent Stroop words (i.e., words that are displayed in a color that is different from the one they designate such as “BLUE” displayed in green; hereafter BLUE green ), than for color-neutral words (e.g., the word “DOG” displayed in green ink, hereafter DOG green ) or letter strings (e.g., “XXXX” displayed in green ink, hereafter XXXX green ). Second, Stroop facilitation refers to shorter color identification times for color-congruent Stroop words (i.e., GREEN green ) than for color-neutral words (e.g., the word “DEAL” displayed in green ink, hereafter DEAL green ) or letter strings (e.g., “XXXX” displayed in green ink, hereafter XXXX green ). Specifically, this magnitude is usually substantially larger when the individuals are required to identify the font color of written characters vocally (saying the color name aloud) as compared to manually (key press responses; e.g., White, 1969; Neill, 1977; Redding and Gerjets, 1977; McClain, 1983; Sharma and McKenna, 1998 ). Moreover, some have argued that manual and vocal responses have differential access to the systems producing interference and facilitation ( Glaser and Glaser, 1989; Sugg and McDonald, 1994; Sharma and McKenna, 1998 ). This suggests that the way participants identify the color of Stroop stimuli determines how the different features of these compound stimuli are actually processed.
