The recommendations for lab equipment and configuration are a bit lofty. You may need access to some pretty high-end switches with high-end IOS to use this lab manual. They forget that not all people using this book have access to higher-end equipment.It is definitely a good one to have for preparing for certification but not a must. I believe there are better labs out there that are just for free if you look for them. I expected more out of this lab book. I give it OKThe first few labs are remedial, but as the book goes on they build and prove to be involved and somewhat complex (depending on your level of experience of course). If you are fortunate enough to have access to comparable hardware this is an invaluable resource. To those studying for SWITCH, don't buy into the negativity surrounding this exam.
