Unplugging and plugging back in seemed to work for a week, but the code has returned. The codes are different for the different wash load types. Each cycle will go through a good number of codes during its cycle and doesn’t have any problems that I can see, except that the washer never displays the remaining time, which its companion dryer does perfectly. I’ve tried turning it off for days at a time (disconnecting the power) and I’ve tried getting into and out of Diagnostic mode, but none of this seems to make any difference. It’s probably the best washer I’ve ever had except for this one issue. I have misplaced the manual. Can you please tell me what this means. And how can I get another manual? It shows error code HE OP while washing cycle. Please help fix this problem. I cleaned the filter under the tub and it lasted for about 6 loads or so. Is there a sensor or motor that might be going bad I need to replace? Can anyone assist in telling us what this refers to please? Try to locate the tech notes either under the top cover or inside the lower service panel of the washer. -RR Notify me of new posts by email. Learn how your comment data is processed.
