I built it in the 8th grade, that was back in 2003. Thing last from 2003-2015. One of the chips started smoking one day. It's too bad they shut down. Their products were absolutely of phenomenal QUALITY. It actually ran Windows 8.1 X64 quite well. Running an Asus board now. Maybe one day Abit will rise from the dead, and be again. I did my research, chose the IC7-G, got a Zalman 400W power supply, 1G Muskin Black, a 256MB NVidia graphics card. The first board I got wouldn't post due to a problem with the memory slots, the second one was DOA. I give up on Abit, I'm ordering an Asus P4C800 Deluxe to put in it's place. The CORSAIR memory I originally bought with it and the Antec True 550 still work. We had a some bad lightning last week and I'm nearly certain that's what killed it.
