Page 39 Printing a Job from a Client Workstation 31 Using Hot Folders From Your Computer You can use hot folders to process and print files from any computer. The following procedures explain how to print using hot folders from Windows and Macintosh OS X. To print a job using a hot folder from Windows: 1. On your Windows desktop, double-click the Network Neighborhood icon. 2. Find your IC-304 print controller. 3. Double-click the IC-304 print controller. 4. The Print Driver also enables you to see the IC-304 print controller configuration, monitor the printer status, and save a set of print parameters for reuse. The job parameters are described in full on page 202. Using Profiles Once you have set the parameters for a job, you can save the settings as a profile for future use.
