Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed with the sound quality and battery life. The battery life wasn't rated very high to begin with, but I've had to change handsets during calls and the transfer feature was not easy to understand. Also, the delay between dialing the buttons and the tone heard is quite long, which can be confusing when dialing long distance numbers or entering selections on automated systems.
