hunter programmable thermostat manual 47200Page Count: 33 Our products ar e manufactured to high quality standar ds and are designed for years of service. W e hope you will be satisfied and thank you for buying a Hunter pr oduct.PROGRAMMING 3 Y ou can practice pr ogramming before installing your thermostat by inserting and connecting the batteries and following the instructions on page 14. This can be done while you relax in your favorite chair and is a very good way to familiarize yourself with all the functions of your Hunter Thermostat. OPERA TION 4 Y our Hunter Thermostat is designed to operate with most gas, oil, electric or 2-wire hot water heating, and air conditioning systems t hat have 24-volt or millivolt control. This featur e will prevent damage to your air conditioner compressor caused by rapid cycling. It does not provide a delay when there ar e power outages. POWER F AILURE 7 Whenever the main power is interrupted or fails, the battery power retains the pr ograms and current time. It does this by matching your comfort (the temperatures in your home) to your schedule. When this happens, install new batteries immediately. Once the “LOW BA TT” indicator appears, the thermostat will continue to operate for approximately 30 days. (Only alkaline batteries should be used in your thermostat. Rechar geable batteries have different pr operties which may cause the thermostat to not operate properly. Do not use old batteries.) The batteries should last one year. CAUTION: The batteries are the only sour ce of power used to operate your system. If you do not replace the batteries, the display will dim and your heating and cooling system will stop operation. NOTE: If you plan to be away from the premises over 30 days, we r ecommend that you replace the old batteries with new alkaline batteries prior to leaving. Auto Recovery calculates how early to turn your system back On, so that the room temperature is already comfortable by the start of the comfort temperature program period. Auto Recovery works in both Heat and Cool modes. These model numbers include the 44157, 44110 and 44155, all of which do pretty much the same thing. Another series of Hunter thermostats are seven-day programmable models, which allow you to set each day of the week differently. These seven-day models include the 44377, 44378, 44550 and 44668. You probably can see the pattern: Those models that begin with 441- are 5-2 models, while those that begin with 443-, 445- or 446- are seven-day models. Fortunately, programming all Hunter thermostats follows the same procedure.https://uniondeautoescuelas.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1628d70bf05e7b---Carnival-manual-diesel.pdf The only real difference is that the seven-day models will require you to set individual programs for seven different days, while on the 5-2 models, you'll only need to set two programs. These models include the 44905, 44272, 44860 and 44377. But maximum savings are reached if you adjust your idea of what constitutes an acceptable temperature. At night or when you are away from home, allow the temp to go even lower to provide further savings. The hour display should be flashing on the screen. Pay attention to the AM-PM display to make sure you're setting the correct time. This locks in the hour and activates the flashing minute display. Now the temperature setting should be flashing. Repeat these steps for all the remaining programs available on the thermostat. On a 5-2 thermostat, there will be a total of eight settings: Wake, Away, Return and Sleep for the Monday through Friday workdays, and another four settings for the two-day weekend. On a seven-day model, there will be a total of 28 individual settings, four for each day of the week. It's worth reviewing the programs that are already set to see if they work for your situation. Arrow up or down to change the time. The thermostat will now hold the temperature at the setting until the override is cancelled. You will see the current program number flashing on the screen to indicate it is being temporarily overridden. The thermostat will now return to following its established programming. Rather than mechanical buttons, you'll be pressing electronic icons displayed on the screen. Here is a basic overview of how one representative model, the 44860, is programmed: For each program, you will set new times and temperatures. The PROG key is what will lock in each program after you set the time and temperature, and send you on to the next setting to program. By adjusting the thermostat to operate primarily when household members are home, the device reduces wasted energy and minimizes the size of the electric bill in addition to maximizing comfort. The thermostat will automatically cut off heat operation for room temperatures above 95 degrees F, while interrupting cooling if below 40 degrees F. For sudden weather or schedule changes, users may opt to temporarily override programmed settings for increased comfort. Likewise, a hold option conserves energy while the home dwellers vacation. For general air circulation, a fan switch is installed. The thermostat illuminates a two-stage indicator light to notify low batteries, while lighting a filter-change light to ensure proper and reliable functioning. Two AA 1.5-volt batteries power the thermostat and must be purchased separately. This unit requires assembly upon arrival and purchase of any necessary hardware. Hunter offers a limited one-year warranty for this product. The thermostat weighs 9.6 ounces upon shipping.https://controlcert.se/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/1628d70d401192---Carolina-stove-manual.pdf --Jessica Reuling Andru Edwards Videos for related products 11:38 Click to play video Top 10 Smart WiFi Thermostats for You Home Top 10 Zone Videos for related products 4:16 Click to play video The 10 Best Wifi Thermostats Ezvid Wiki Videos for related products 4:17 Click to play video The 10 Best Thermostats Ezvid Wiki Videos for related products 3:26 Click to play video The 5 Best Smart Thermostats BestReviews Videos for related products 3:36 Click to play video The 5 Best WiFi Thermostats BestReviews Videos for related products 3:25 Click to play video The 5 Best Smart Thermostats BestReviews Videos for related products 4:03 Click to play video The 10 Best Baseboard Thermostats Ezvid Wiki Videos for related products 4:46 Click to play video Installing Honeywell Lyric T5 Wi-Fi Smart 7 Day Programmable Touchscreen Thermostat Amazon Smart Home Next page Upload your video Video Customer Review: Best Smart Thermostats - Nest vs Ecobee4 vs Honeywell. CJ 5.0 out of 5 stars As with anything over time my many years old thermostat started wearing out, and like another review I read, I began having problems with the up button being very difficult to use. The actual thermostat continued to work perfectly, as did all the other features and buttons on it. Since I've had 2 hand surgeries the up button, although it would still change the temperature after much pushing, poking, and cursing lol, I decided to replace it.anxuetang.com/upload/files/carnet-de-conducir-manual-pdf I went to our local hardware store, and was unable to locate this exact brand and model, so I bought a different one that in our old house with only 4 wires on the heat and air just would not work correctly, so I ended up returning it. Luckily, I found a great company who had my same brand and model, new in stock here on Amazon. The best part was the price was less than half the price of what I paid for one at the hardware store, and I got free shipping too. At that price, I decided to actually order 2 of them so I'll have a spare to use when the 1st new one decides to croak from old age.It doesn't support all units (I think specifically it didn't support a heat pump?) Anyway, it's a simple design and it shows in a lot of ways, but this is pretty cheap these days (I guess because it's mostly just old stock being sold off at this point) so it's a great way to go to a digital control. The programming is pretty confusing and a bit of a pain to setup, but it works. For some odd reason if you want to switch between arbitrary Fahrenheit and standard Celsius, it has to completely reset the unit. Unfortunately, it lacks a fine grained control for Celsius (at least I feel like it should have half steps since it seems to have been balanced wrong in my house -- maybe an adjustment of the interval might help, but I didn't feel like dealing with it) so I don't really recommend getting this one with that in mind as others likely do it better. Anyway, it's simple and cheap, but it gets the job done fairly well and beats those crappy basic analog thermostats. Our stove, like the majority of pellet stoves, can be operated by using a simple wall thermostat to turn the stove on and off, much like a conventional furnace. Over the years, it has always been our practice to manually turn down the thermostat each night before retiring and turning it back up the next morning. This generally works just fine except for those evenings when we forget. Additonally, on those extra cold mornings, once the stove was turned on, it would take quite some time to get the temperature up to a comfortable level. Neither of these situations is earth shattering, but as I get older, I must admit I continually try to make my life just a little bit easier. This battery controlled thermostat has done just that. I replaced an old Honeywell manual thermostat with this item, programmed it without a problem, and it has worked flawlessly for the last month. It turns our pellet stove off 30 minutes prior to retiring and turns it back on 30 minutes before we get up. It can also be programmed for up to 4 weekday settings, to accomodate your work schedule, and seperate settings for the weekend should this be a priority. It is definetly not fancy but it is inexpensive and easy to operate and we are very pleased overall.I ordered this hoping it would fit perfectly where my last unit was and it did. Super easy to install. It was a straight forward swap from my original. No problems. Very satisfied customer. However, the up button got so it was very hard to set the temperature higher. So hubby just changed it out for this model. You cannot retro fit this one over the older model, because this one is about one inch smaller on all sides. Also, despite the mention of being lighted it is NOT. I wanted the lighted version and very disappointed they didn't make that clear. This thermostat is much better seems to operate a bit more smoothly. The features between the two are similar but the lay out is much different. I found it very easy to setup a week day and weekend setback profiles. This is an excellent value for the money. No way to adjust the internal temp gauge or calibrate it. By saving energy, your thermo- stat will pay for itself during its first season of use. I have programmed the unit with a daily schedule, with the time and heat required. But the furnace is coming on at irregular times, sometimes only a 30 minutes interval between the furnace kicking in. Could you please advise on how to correct this problem. If they did leave a manual-- what does it suggest for narrowing down your possible problems? Like: Low Fuel-- Low Voltage- Filter Changes, Fan switch problems- or ignition failure problems? Other than that you may have miss wired the unit. Are you switching to emergency heat for a furnace call?
