I got manuals and software, but no power supply for it. The power supply is a wall-wart of some sort with a DB-9 female connector to the programmer. Anyone who needs, or has, information on this MOdel 28 or 28A programmer - please contact me!Seems to function but will likely need repair. I have the case and the Z80 pod which plugs into the Z80 socket and which has a DB25 connector. I recently (2008) obtained a manual and made a copy.
