The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight people. Extra seating and casual meals at the bar dividing the kitchen and dining area. This beautiful unit offers a private twin bunk area for extra accommodations. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The master bedroom features a king bed with ornamental headboard, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The view is beautiful. My family and me definitely recommend this condo 403a. The owners were very polite and helped with anything we needed. Very clean and owner provided great information about the area. Excellent communication regarding any questions we had. First time in the panhandle and we will be back. The view off the balcony is beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable too. We will definitely rent this condo again in the future! Sep 27, 2019 You CANNOT beat the view. Evelyn was super easy to communicate with from booking, all the way until after we arrived back home. Even calling to make sure everything was okay when we were delayed due to airport issues. She pulled out all the stops when she furnished the condo. Most only have your very basic necessities. A403 has pots and pans that you can actually use (not junk!), soft sheets---very comfy King bed (perfect for afternoon naps!), makeup remover wipes in the bathrooms, a closet full of beach gear (soooo handy), even a cabinet with puzzles and games. Our seven-year-old son loved working the puzzles in his down time away from the beach. I can't imagine staying anywhere other than Waterscape when I come to Ft. Walton.
