Never remove the grounding prong or modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter plugs. Check with a quali?ed electrician if you are in doubt as to whether the outlet is properly grounded. If the vacuum cleaners should electrically malfunction or break down, grounding provides a low resistance path to carry electricity away from the user. The outlet is live when the vacuum cleaner is plugged into power source and switch is set to power tool activation mode or ?lter cleaning mode.http://mebel-kxm.ru/userfiles/epson-tm-t88iv-model-m129h-user-manual.xml Electric shock may occur. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is grounded. If operating the vacuum cleaner in damp locations is unavoidable; a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter must be used to supply the power to your vacuum cleaner. Electrician’s rubber gloves and footwear will further enhance your personal safety. The cleaner motor starts immediately. This permits a precise adaptation to different substances to be picked up. You must raise the upper part slightly before depressing or disengaging the support. Then the evacuated material can be disposed of easily. A damp ?lter element suffers more wear and tear if it is used for dry materials. Accordingly, the ?lter element should be dried or replaced with a dry one before dry operation. We recommend use of a special wet ?lter (452924). Moisten the ?lter element with a water spray before removing it. A full ?lter bag shall be replaced immediately. The corresponding output (O1 or O2) supplies a 1-signal. Page 100 4. Commissioning 4.4.2 Timing diagram during switch-on Switch-on sequence to avoid undesired movement of the drive. If the mass moves in the wrong direction, the SPC11 will diagnose incorrectly connected tubing in the system and display error E12 (incorrect direction of movement). S Make sure that the moveable mass cannot move itself or be moved manually (e.g. by means of a clamping unit) out of the end position when the operating voltage is switched on. Festo P. Page 103 4. Commissioning 4.4.4 Controlling the SPC11 You can move the mass into the saved end positions or intermediate positions with the command inputs P.01.P.04. When an end position is reached, the moveable mass will be pressed against the stop with a pressure equal at maximum to the operating pressure. When an intermediate position is reached, the moveable mass stands controlled in that position. Page 104 4. Commissioning Please note A position task or stop procedure can be interrupted at any time and replaced by a new task. Manual movement Condition The drive must be ready for operation. There must be a 0-signal at inputs I1.4. In the procedure using the keyboard, a 0-signal must be present at the input I8 (remote). Fault in dynamic identification. Drive does not move. S Check compressed air supply and system set-up (valve-drive combination). Page 114 5. Diagnosis and error treatment 5.2 Faults during operation 1) The mass does not move Cause Remedy Remarks No supply pressure Check 5.7 bar required Valve cable is not connected correctly Check See chapter 3.3.3. Proportional directional control valve is defective Check and, if necessary, replace.
