After 3 weeks of arguements with the retailer, I contacted Amazon custommer support for a refund. It was handled in less than 5 minutes, credit and all!!! I then purchased a more expensive radio here on Amazon and LOVE IT. Amazon and the retailer were excellent, EONON get a negative 100 from me as customer support. Buyer beware.It's nice to have an Android in my car now. The unit is a bit laggy sometimes, but you have all the freedom of Android. Pair with a custom launcher and a nice live wallpaper and the unit looks pretty slick. It would be nice if I can get Picture in Picture working for google maps. It would also be nice if the Bluetooth music player had a widget, or if this unit came with Split Screen capabilities like their other models. I bought this unit on Black Friday with the 3 free gifts; OBD2 Scanner, Dash Cam, and Backup Cam. I have to unplug the OBD2 and re-pair it each use, perhaps I'm missing a step. I'll look further into it at a later time. The dash cam works flawlessly. It has decent resolution, and records audio. If you have the camera recording and you turn off and back on your vehicle, the camera starts recording automatically. This allows it to be in constant record mode, without the need to manually hit the record button each time. I'm still waiting on my backup camera as the company is out of stock till January. Once I receive that and get it hooked up, I will change my rating to a 5 star. Their customer service was great to deal with. I had to order a second unit, as the first one shorted out internally. I ordered a new unit through Prime, as I needed to fill the dash in my car and couldn't wait for a replacement. I sent the defective unit back to amazon, and I got my refund within 8 hours of post office drop off. Customer service also ensured that I got my two free gifts and told me that they will send me my backup camera once it's back in stock. Over all, I'm now happy with my experience and this unit is not bad at all.Not the fastest but it it's much more affordable than a Pioneer head unit. The main app is a trial it self but you can probably find a few coins around the place to buy the full version, if not (don't worry we have all been there) there is BlackPlayer Music Player which is free and has shuffle button right at the top of the artist list.I downloaded and installed PowerAmp.
