Quick Links Request Product Information Contact Supplier One issue I have is with ISE's. Occasionally I have to repeat the calibration several times. Even though I wash them before every use. Also I find I am leery of the cholesterol results lately. There seems to be quite a few low ones. I do compare to the patient's previous and will repeat ones I am unsure of.http://www.cmcoleads.com/userfiles/diy-rammed-earth-manual-pdf.xml You have to constantly be standing over the analyzer to replace reagents, to rerun patients, to change the waste and also they do not have a tech support that comes to the site to do a yearly PM or to fix any part of the analyzer. Please know that annual PM’s and onsite service are included with an annual service contract. Please reach out to Technical Support at 855-ELITECH for troubleshooting and to schedule your annual PM, if not already done. It is rarely down, but when it is, phone help is great. Cost and availability of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables is great, available through several distributors. Learning curve is not high, good workhorse. Does many tests not available on other systems. Support tech team is very friendly and knowledgable with it's fast response time. Short downtime if any. Customer service is always friendly and attentive to our needs. Distributor sales rep is always available and quick to help. It is very easy to use. We just have a lot of trouble with the machine. ISE's are a living nightmare on this instrument. Either you get standardization and controls are out or it will not standardize at all. All other tests work great on the Envoy. Customer service is knowledgeable of the machine and in how to walk you through trouble shooting. Elitech should take another look at how the ISE works on the instrument. We regret that the problems with the ISEs have influenced your overall positive experience with the Envoy. ELITechGroup is aware of your situation and is taking all possible steps to resolve the ISE situation. Solid performer with standard chemistry testing. Dry ISE only technology not perfected on analyzer. Technical service very good and accessible. You can judge it by the size - it runs faster than many floor units. The software is broad with many capabilities to help the user. The standards can be frustrating at times if they don't standardize.https://ayurvedia.ch/canon-xl2-user-manual Most days I feel like I know what to do if something is not functioning properly but if not technical support is fantastic. Reagents doesn't expire fast. Easy for someone with clinical chemistry background to learn and use, MLT or MT. Ease of use 4 out of 5 After sales service 4 out of 5 Value for money 5 out of 5 Great work horse for a low to moderate volume physician office Rating: 4.3 Application Area: This workhorse reports up to 30 panels daily. Performs dilutions and calculations. Reproducibility is good and reagent stability on most assays is 28 days. When needed- technical support is always knowledgeable and helpful, including following up post service call. The only issues i have is with the ISE Module. It takes time to get it running. My second in fact!! Very easy to use and very efficient. Results are quickly obtained. Pre prepared reagents make loading easy and less messy. The reproducibility is good so long as it is watched carefully and closely as the calibrations don't seem to be very stable, as evident by the manufacturers requirements to re calibrate every time a new reagent is put on regardless if it is the same lot. The electrolyte module is good but difficult when it requires repair such as tubing changes and electrode changes. Can handle stats. Minimal maintenance. The maintenance is easy and once the instrument is loaded you can walk away and run other instruments. Reliable Performance mechanically solid with few. Any time we have a question or problem they are able to answer it fairly quickly. Running multiple samples at the same time is great, we are able to get results out to our providers so much quicker now. It means the world to our patients that are hard to reach when not in clinic, med changes can be made during the same visit. We have taught four other MA's how to use the Envoy, the basics of how to run a sample and what results to report are very easy.http://pakersan.com/images/compaq-presario-1622-service-manual.pdf Testing, calibrations, dilutions and maintenance make this machine our top choice over the last ten years. Great platform of testing options and customer service. It never worked 100, even though PM was done, it took forever to run a sample. Some of the controls would never come in because the instrument wouldn't read the reagent bottles. Reliable and simple opration with less consumables. It is very reliable and very easy and straight forward to use. When treated right Envoy 500 makes it easy to get the job done. If there is any question the Tech Support Team is one of the best I have come across, it's like they're in the lab with you. It's maintenance reminders are helpful and easy to access. They have always been able to help me get machine up and running. We run a wide variety of chemistries in the laboratory and the Envoy 500 instrument is efficient, plus I can get results quickly for our critical patients. That helps our physicians greatly. Every time I have questions the technical service team is professional and knowledgeable and I usually have the issue resolved immediately. The only issue I have is the cost of the electrodes and how often they need to be changed. Besides that, Elitech makes a great instrument which we will continue to use for a long time. The proficiency testing yields good results. Our instrument is about 10 years old and is still functioning well. Several of the parts have been replaced and still we continue to have problems particularly with the ISE. We rarely have two weeks in a row where the machine will run properly and give us reliable results. The service department is great in helping us resolve our problems. It would be great if I weren't on a first name basis with the service department. I have not been entirely happy with the new reagents that ELITech has brought into play. My service engineer has been great but has moved to another job. Tech support is helpful. Results are reproducible and accurate. Proficiency testing has been good. It is user friendly. The computer application with the Envoy is easy to understand. The more you use it the more familiar you become with it. The results that we provide for the doctors in our group are reliable. We have had minimal downtown. It is a table-top model and ideal for small hospitals or physician offices. Actually, this instrument would be great for larger facilities if there were two different instruments in case one was down. We have had to replace parts much sooner than anticipated and there has been an ongoing issue with our ISE reproducibility. The after sale service has been outstanding. The technical support staff is one phone call away. They are very friendly and capable to solve any issue you may have. The on-site service staff have been fantastic as well. The Envoy 500 is great value and consumables are very affordable. I would highly recommend this instrument to anyone who is looking for a table top chemistry analyser. It is very easy to use, economical and most issues can be fixed with phone conversations with service rather than on site technicians. The only downside is, once again, and ISE for electrolyte studies. The support staff are helpful and will send service promptly if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone. The reactions take place in glass cups which are washed and reused after each cycle so there are no disposable cups. It is easy and fast. The only problem is we no longer can use plasma for Ca. I have found that the instrument is accurate and fast. I work in a POL and function as a stat lab for my providers. The instrument is relatively maintenance free. As long as I do the monthlys and take care of those ISEs then it keeps on running smoothly. The reagents are undergoing some changes at the present which I will have to evaluate as I put them onboard. The calibrations curves are extremely stable. I liked the option of using lithium heparin plasma on the analyzer but the new Calcium reagent can only use serum. This does increase my turnaround times as I now have to let the specimens clot before centrifuging and I have several patients on Warfarin. It is our second Vital Diagnostics chemistry analyzer. I have had it for more than six years now and myself and physicians love it. It serves our needs greatly. I have been able to teach a few nurses to use it also and they like it too. It isn't complicated to run and it’s a little workhorse. I am extremely satisfied with the service. The girls are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Field engineers are awesome and prompt. They work over the phone with me, also, to try and keep me running until they get here. My only complaint is that they changed PMS to once a year and I feel it should be at least every nine months. The electrodes of the ISE Module are fairly easy to change when following instructions and exercising patience while the module stabilizes. The customer service and Tech Support team are great-- they answer questions promptly and give you a check-up call to make sure issue has been resolved. Prior to the purchase of the Envoy 500, I do wish my company would have been more knowledgeable concerning choosing an instrument to handle our patient volume. It is user-friendly, reliable and comes with excellent tech support. We are still glad we chose the Envoy 500 and we've had it approximately 7 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a benchtop analyzer in a POL environment. After Sales Services: PM person very good. Tech support via telephone not as good as should be. Value for Money: Good. Wish I would have know ISE's are such a problem. This is a continuous problem since day one.QC can be evaluated using up to six Westgard rules and displayed with either the theoretical or calculated means. The following sections describe twoManual injection directly modifies configuration, like deployments, and injects the proxy configuration into it. When enabled in a pod’s namespace, automatic injection injects the proxy configuration at pod creation time using an admission controller. Injection occurs by applying a template defined in the istio-sidecar-injector ConfigMap.While admission controllers are enabled by default, some Kubernetes distributions may disable them. If this is the case, follow the instructions to turn on admission controllers. Note that unlike manual injection, automatic injection occurs at the pod-level. You won’t see any change to the deployment itself. Instead you’ll want to check individual pods (via kubectl describe ) to see the injected proxy. Deploying an app Deploy sleep app. Verify both deployment and pod have a single container.Kill the running pod and verify a new pod is created with the injected sidecar. You should see the injected istio-proxy container and corresponding volumes. The default configuration injects the sidecar intoFor example, you can modify the MutatingWebhookConfiguration to always injectEditing thisRefer to the Kubernetes documentationProxyConfig and MeshConfig Templates can conditionallyFor example, the following template containers:Think of auxiliary pods that might be created as an intermediate step while deploying an application. OpenShift Source to Image Builds, for example, creates such pods for building the source code of an application. Once the binary artifact is built, the application pod is ready to run and the auxiliary pods are discarded. Those intermediate pods should not get an Istio sidecar, even if the policy is set to enabled and the namespace is properly labeled to get automatic injection. For such cases you can instruct Istio to not inject the sidecar on those pods, based on labels that are present in those pods. You can do this by editing the istio-sidecar-injector ConfigMap and adding the entry neverInjectSelector. It is an array of Kubernetes label selectors. They are OR'd, stopping at the first match. See an example: apiVersion: v1For completeness, you can also use a field called alwaysInjectSelector, with similar syntax, which will always inject the sidecar on pods that match that label selector, regardless of the global policy. The label selector approach gives a lot of flexibility on how to express those exceptions. Take a look at these docs to see what you can do with them. It’s worth noting that annotations in the pods have higher precedence than the label selectors.Optionally, it may also be desirable to clean-up other resources thatDemystifying Istio's Sidecar Injection Model De-mystify how Istio manages to plugin its data-plane components into an existing deployment. Think of it as your hot tubs way of communicating with you and indicating what is going on. When the temperature of your hot tub changes outside of your range, the light will turn off. When the green light is flashing, this may indicate there is a problem within the temperature sensor. When the light is blinking, it could mean a few different things relating to your salt system. The blinking green light could mean low salt, meaning you need to add more salt or the complete opposite, you have added too much salt. Another reason your green light could be blinking is because your salt cell is not receiving enough flow or is having a hard time functioning to its full potential. Should your green light be blinking, disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the light is still blinking call for service. If your blue light is on, this means your hot tub is properly supplied with power. This blue light also provides an indicator for your heater. If your heater high limit has tripped, this could mean the water in the hot tub is hotter than the acceptable temperature range or low flow and circulation, meaning your filters are clogged. Should your blue light be blinking, it typically means your high-heater thermostat tripped. In this case, we suggest disconnecting power for at least 30 seconds to reset a higher heat limit. Should this not work, checked for clogged filters. If the problem continues call for service. When your blue light is off, this could mean there is a problem with the hot tub control box or the power that is being supplied to the hot tub. Temperature is set at 100 but water is 103. The green light is off because the tub is not currently heating the water. When the sun goes down and it starts to cool off again the heater should kick in again. It is great that you are so observant of your hot tub.My hot tub is heating and working fine but there is no blue or green light at all. The plug for the indicator light came loose or was unplugged from the control panel. Or, the light has burnt out. Please feel free to call our service department with any questions on your tub. Knowing more information, ie.Still flashing. Can’t get to the tub right now(under 2 feet of snow). Should I turn it off at breaker, will it burn out the heater, or should I be more concerned with freezing. Not sure the dealer will be open tomorrow due to major snowstorm. If your tub is under two feet of snow, and you do not want to clear it off give our service department a call 844-200-7727. Removed filters and reset breaker. Blue light still flashing. Not sure what to do next. Please advise. Thanks If both lights are flashing you are not getting good flow through your filtration system. What should I do? It’s a great question so we’ve updated the article to include this issue. So, thank you! For convenience I’ve copied the new text here: “Should your blue light be blinking, it typically means your high-heater thermostat tripped. Consult the troubleshooting guide in the back of your Hot Spring spa owner’s manual. In it you will find step-by-step instructions that help owners check for common issues. This troubleshooting process does not require any technical ability to perform. Where else can I look. You can either download the owner’s manual for your spa or contact our Customer Service team and we can mail you a hardcopy at no charge. When the spa is closed and the jets off, the floater will stay in one location in the spa, spilling chemicals onto the horizontal surfaces immediately below it. Because the tablet does not dissolve evenly, those bits will etch and pit the plastic shell surface, leaving a rough surface that will not be comfortable to sit on and can damage swimsuits. These rough patches cannot be sanded or removed from the shell. View Hot Spring water care products Will using these oils void my warranty. Hot Spring does not recommend using any type of oils or bath salts in your spa because they tend to gum up the filters and damage the electrical components in the spa. Using these products does not void the spa’s warranty, but any service needed to repair the spa because of damage caused by the use of non-approved chemicals is not covered by the warranty. Those can be expensive repairs, so we recommend checking with us before you use any new chemical or oil in your spa. How do I decide? The first thing is to determine what spa sizes you are considering. Some spas do not offer the option of 110v service. It also depends on how you plan to use the spa. Basically, having a spa hooked up for 230v service means that the jets and the heater can operate at the same time. If your new spa is going to be “party central” with several people in and out of the spa over a few hours, you might be happier with a 230v hookup. If your spa is going to be a quiet refuge for one or two people who enjoy a hot water soak with no jets, then a 110v unit might be best. Also, you need to consider whether you are installing your spa indoors or outdoors and whether you plan to use it year-round. Since many different factors go into this decision, give your dealer or Hot Spring Consumer Service team a call before you buy. We’ll be glad to provide the information you need to make the best decision for your spa enjoyment. Do I need to use the authorized Hot Spring dealer for service. Developing a working relationship with your locally authorized dealer is a great way for you to protect your investment in a used spa. Your authorized Hot Spring dealer will have the factory-recommended components and water care chemicals that will extend the life of your spa. They also have the latest information from the factory regarding any component upgrades needed for older spas. Why do I have to buy it from the closest authorized dealer. Authorized Hot Spring dealers are required by contract to deliver and provide warranted service for all new spa sales from their store. This ensures that the spa will not be damaged in transport between the dealership and your home. If you were to buy a Hot Spring spa farther from the delivery destination, the selling dealer may charge you a trip fee for their technician to travel to your home. What you saved in the initial purchase price may not compare to what you might have to pay the dealer for their travel. Dealer travel charges, is issued, are not covered by your spa’s warranty.
