The ID's will not be according to a global or national standard. They will either refer to tariff ID's for your state or your utility co will have just made them up themselves. Best to contact your electricity provider and ask them the meaning. Instantaneous power readings are typically an average over 1 second. The Quarter circles refer to complex power quadrants, all displays show quadrants 1 and 4 only, which means that all these measurements are counting when real power is being taken from the grid only, not when real power is being provided to the grid. Phase ABC are referring to 3 phase power, so if you have 3 phase power then all these readings are counting all phases together. Rates measure only during certain time periods, which it sounds like you already understand. This isn't necessarily periods in a 24hr cycle, it may also be certain days in the week etc. You would be surprised just how many measurements these smart meter are able to provide, the only reasonable way to guess is to assume they are all relevant to your states tariff options. Since I'm not familiar with that, I can't really guess, but I'd be leaning toward some of them being maximum demand values. Maximum demand values typically record the peak power, or peak 30min (or some other smallish increment energy period) over the last billing period. I'm not sure how it works down there, but up here I think only major electricity users (largish industry) get rates adjusted based on maximum demand readings. It may be current or previous billing period based readings vs total accumulated readings though, or many more things.Metering Dynamics use D as a comms reset trigger, not sure what the other do.
