I can't find it but I have seen an excellent guide on setting up a bandsaw on the internet, I'll have another look and post the link if found. Bill. If so it could be this that is off setting your blade and if this is the case you would need to adjust your table. Again the remedy would be to adjust the table. I have seen new ones and they appear to be the same with some way of maing the guide run parallel to the blade. The gap in the one I have seen is about 3mm as is mine. I reqlised that there was a plate on the top held in place with two self tapping screws, this plate should bear on the wall of the saw, even thoughit was as far across as it would go, it was simply not wide enough. I took the part off and made a hardwood block and screwed it to the plate and set it about 3mm from the guide. Like this. This curred the problem immediatly, my guess for the setting was spot on As you can see top or bottom the blade guides are correctlty adjusted, and they stay put with out having to add a bit of leverage when tightening.
