It doesn't respond at all to any of the setup prompts when I use the library settings for the Fusion Scan 250. The only difference with these fixtures is that the DMX address uses the dipswitches instead of the LCD readout. The fixture profile in Compu Pro matches the address assignments which are showen the fixture manual. I'm inclined to think were I'm going wrong is in the dipswitch settings. Jeez the time I'd spent with a paper and pencil figuring out dipswitch settings. The irritating thing is that the fixture manual simply says for DMX control, plug XLR connector into DMX input. It appears that after sending a successful command, the interface stops sending a DMX signal until another command is sent. This is visible with the communication LED's on the interface. After that, the lights default to a S2L mode. With Compu, the commands are continueslly set. Is there an option I am missing for this interface to have that behaviour? When installing Freestyler with the 3D software, the original drivers for the interface get overwritten. I then have to uninstall the device, and reinstall with a manual selection of the driver.
