With that being said; the solutions book works out all the problems that are in the manual. The solutions are worked out in steps and as far as I can see the steps aren't complicated (meaning there's no mathematical gymnastics involved like knowing an uncommon mathematical identity). The steps are simple enough that you understand what you don't know and have an idea of where to go if you don't understand the solution. However, just like many college text books, it might have mistakes. I can't comment on whether or not there are many mistakes in the solutions, nor can anyone who needs this book. Not only will you be able to double check against math errors, but you will deepen your learning with a tool you'll find, at the least, very useful. Overall, if you are even considering this book; buy it.If you need to review for the EIT test using the Reference Manual, you can't do without the Solutions Manual.
