I was able to move the arrow key to go to safemode it stops HERE ( ). So I restart and check that BIOS First Boot Device is CDROM and it is HERE ( ). But then I notice the CD-ROM doesn't show HERE ( ). I restart with Boot CD and it goes back to original screen HERE ( ). So I started from scratch and disconnected power to all the drives, removed the memory and disconnected the keyboard and mouse. When I started the PC, the motherboard beeped. So usually that means the motherboard is okay. So, I put in one RAM stick - no beep. I put it in the second slot - no beep. Did the same with the other RAM stick - no beeps.
