Reviews (18) Questions (0) write a review ask a question Updating Results With a nice dihedral, it recovers well and naturally rights itself. But it's FAST! It can take off in a short distance but you need to keep it moving to avoid a stall on landing. I have to fly from very rough fields so I made some modifications. I also installed Dubro axles and put brass tubing in the wheels so they turn real easy. Wheel resistance on these little planes can make taking off and landing difficult. I also just made another mod that I love. I was having trouble with the gear getting ripped off. Then I screwed the gear back on. The tubing is between the gear and the plane. The give the tubing adds is awesome and I think it will help with rough landings. I highly recommend this mod and this plane. The plane is very strong and well built. I have a bit larger lipo in it.2200 and there was room in the compartment to slide it back a bit and acheive balance. Plenty of power to go vertical from level flight and rolls well. I have not used the wheel pants yet as my field is grass and I didn't think they would work to well but they are nicely painted and light. I'm also flying this plane on a Hitec Laser 4. No fancy mixes, etc and it's really not needed. Power off glide is very good and you can overshoot if your not ready for the flat glide path. Never had a problem and is easy to complete. If someone is looking at this plane to purchase, it is a definite great choice. Would not recommend it for a first plane, but after gaining some experience its a great plane. Review by Caboose on 30 Sep 2012 review stating Fast and Fun. Well I must say this is a wounderful plane, I stuffed an old parkzone 480 in it with a 30amp esc and the prop off my pz extra 300 along with a 2200mah pac and this thing halls the mail with pleny of power and good runtime. You can choose to purchase a complete radio system that includes all of these items or, if you are using an existing transmitter, just purchase the other required equipment separately.
