I did and it wouldnt even read the dvd cleaner disc. But I didnt give up. I tried for almost a half hour repeatedly taking it out and putting it back in. Finally I couldnt even get it to read the dvd cleaner disc either and I tried for about an hour. I feel its defective and should have worked at least a year. BTW I have read other reviews about this and I am not the only one. The person I spoke with at Dynex wasnt surprised either so I suspect this product is defective. Plus THERE IS ONLY A 3 MONTH WARRANTY. You have to ask yourself why that is when the competitions warranties are generally 1 year parts and 3 month labor!! If you read a review and the person just bought it - dont trust the review. It will go bad and it wont take a year to do it. Some people had theirs go bad after just 2 months.Please try again later.
