It is centered and there is about 3-4 inches of space when I lift the belt off of the platform. Reply brian May 13, 2019 at 8:33 am Wondered if anyone had advice that could help. My treadmill shuts off (I think safety thing) when I press start. I had assumed it was the motor after testing so got another one. Same issue. If I unplugged the speed wire, it does not shut off. But also does not turn either as it relies on speed. So makes me think something to do with the speed cable or board (not sure it's the cable as I have tried with 2 on the motors). Don't really want to buy a board if it's not that as already spent money on a motor that I can't get back (bought off eBay). Reply Amanda B. But when I put it onto a running speed it starts to move up and down like your limping instead of running I really need some help I'm not sure what to do it on it Reply Amanda B. May 15, 2019 at 1:59 pm Hi Zippy, it sounds like there may be an issue with the belt. If it is not in the correct position with the motor that could be what is making it uneven for you. We advise looking at the manual of the machine and if you do not have it perhaps getting a technician to come in a fix the belt. You may also be able to do this on your own if you find the manual for your machine so that you can put it together properly. Reply Jabz May 15, 2019 at 5:51 pm Hi, I have a reebok zr7 treadmill. There is no power - the display doesn’t work either. I have checked the fuse which is fine. I have been told the most likely cause is a faulty motor control board. Would you agree?
