You will also want to have the ESN of any wireless device also written down next to the proper zone. We will only enter the definitions. After each two-digit definition, the system will beep and automatically want the definition for the next zone. You will not enter zone numbers here, only definitions, and those must be entered in order starting with the first definition. By default, the keypad will display default zone definitions, ignore these numbers and enter you own.If also enrolling wireless, each wireless device is a zone, with the exception of the key fobs. Example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 would be zones 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) Example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 would be zones 17, 18, 19, 20, 21) This means we will enter into Programming Section 202 and turn off zones 5, 6, 7, and 8. We do this simply by pressing each number that needs to be turned off. We call this Enrollment. For this Section we will be entering the ESN numbers from each wireless device. Then the keypad will ask for a two-digit section. You will then enter the zone number for the wireless device you want to enroll. After entering the zone number, you will need to enter the ESN number. Enter each number as You will go 100 over the zone number in the programming section and turn on toggle option 8 on. We call this Enrollment. If the devices are in front of you, you will take the magnet (small piece) away from the transmitter (bigger piece) and put back together. If you have only four (4) hardwired zones, you would use zones 1-4 and then you can begin your wireless on zone 9 which is on a different set of 8 zones. You must keep your wireless zones somewhere in the first 32 zones. The panel will ask to confirm the ESN number.Once the light finishes flashing, then you want to move the motion around or wave your hand in front of it to trigger it. This will send the ESN number to the panel. After enrolling the motion sensor, place it face down so it cannot be accidentally triggered again during enrollment.http://www.tienhung.com.vn/userfiles/91-corvette-manual-transmission.xml This will give you time to exit your premises before the system arms and will also give you an entry delay when you enter (You must enter through a door that is on a delayed entry). You will enter into programming by pressing. Programming Section 005 will allow us to change the delay times. We want our Sample Alarm for demonstration purposes to have 30 second delays for entry and exit. Below are additional sections you need to go into: Enter the section and just enter 4 new digits, after the 4th digit you should hear a triple beep, that will bring you back to the “enter section” menu. This code is only used to get into programming and nothing else. This code is what you use to arm and disarm the system with. You can also create additional user codes with this code. Options that are on will be visible. Options that are off will not be visible. ( Note: if you see other toggle options on, these are on by default and we will leave them.) You should have a Green check mark. You will need to enter each zone (001) edit label, (002) edit label, etc. The letters of the alphabet are divided up among the number keys 1-9 on the keypad as described: Then you can you the left and right arrows to move to the next location or simply press the next number which corresponds to your next character. If you are not an FMC customer, please contact the security company who is servicing your DSC security system.). If the Ready light is OFF, check to see that all doors and windows are closed and that motion is stopped in areas covered by motion detectors. The system Cannot be armed unless the Ready light is ON indicating that all zones are closed and the system is in the Ready state. As each digit is entered, the keypad sounder will beep. If the access code was entered incorrectly, the keypad buzzer will sound steadily for two seconds. If the correct access code is entered, the keypad sounder will beep quickly and the Armed light will come ON.At the end of the exit delay period, the Ready light will turn OFF and the system will be armed. The exit delay time can be changed by your installer. To secure the system, close all doors and windows and cease all motion in areas covered by motion detectors. The panel will provide an exit delay period, also indicated by keypad beeps, for you to exit the premises without causing an alarm. If motion is detected in the interior zones, or if one of the perimeter zones is violated, the alarm sequence will begin. The system will recognize that occupants have left the premises. Once the exit delay expires, the system will be fully armed. Your installer will tell you if the Audible Exit Fault has been enabled on your system.https://bascobrunswick.com.au/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/162a012e3a3d02---Cuisinart-brew-grind-manual.pdf If you reactivate the interior zones, be sure to only inhabit areas not covered by motion detectors. The Armed light will flash as a reminder that the system is armed and has no entry delay. An entry through any zone programmed as a delay zone will create an instant alarm. Your installer will inform you if the Quick Arm feature has been enabled on your system. Once the door is closed, the panel will end the two minute quick exit delay. If the door is opened again, or if the door is not closed after two minutes, or if another zone is opened, the panel will begin the entry delay. Your installer will inform you if the Quick Exit feature has been enabled on your system. If an error is made entering the code, enter your code again. As soon as the correct code is entered, the Armed light will go out and the keypad will stop beeping. The correct access code must be entered before the entry delay period expires. If a valid User code is not entered during this time, the system will go into alarm. The entry delay time may be changed by your installer. After the 30 second period, the Memory light and zone light will stop flashing and the panel will return to the Ready state. Please note that troubles will not display while the system is in the Alarm Memory Display mode. Use the arrow ( ) keys to view which zones caused the alarm.Use the arrow ( ) keys to view which troubles are affecting the system. Zones which are temporarily out of service due to damaged wiring or contacts may be bypassed to allow system arming until repairs can be made. Bypassed zones will not cause an alarm. Zones cannot be bypassed once the system is armed. Bypassed zones are automatically cancelled each time the system is disarmed and must be reapplied before the next arming. Bypassing zones reduces your security protection. If you are bypassing a zone due to damaged wiring or contacts, please call a service technician immediately so that the problem can be resolved and your system returned to proper working order. Do not unintentionally bypass zones when you arm your system. As each zone is bypassed, the corresponding zone light will turn ON. If a zone is bypassed by mistake, press that zone number again and the zone light will turn OFF, indicating that the zone is not bypassed. When the system is armed, the Bypass light will be ON if one or more zones are bypassed. To un-bypass a zone, enter the zone number; the “B” will disappear from the display to show that the zone is no longer bypassed. The open zone will be represented by “O”. If you bypass the open zone, the “O” will be replaced by a “B”. The doors and windows which will provide this indication are programmed by your installer. When the command is entered, the keypad buzzer will beep 3 times if the door chime feature is enabled and will sound one long beep if it is disabled. After the 30 second period, the Memory light and zone light will stop flashing and the panel will return to the Ready state. When a valid user code is entered, the keypad will stop beeping.Use the arrow ( ) keys to view which zones caused the alarm.Use the arrow ( ) keys to view which troubles are affecting the system. The Master Code must be four digits unless otherwise indicated by your installer. Enter digits 0 through 9 only. The code number is a double digit from 01 to 32. User codes must be four digits unless otherwise indicated by your installer. Enter digits 0 through 9 only.Be sure to record your new code(s). Enter digits 0 through 9 only.If there is no “P” then that code is deleted. For more information regarding access code attributes, please contact your installer.http://cohn-vossen.com/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/162a012edca5f7---cuisinart-brew-central-programmable-coffee-maker-manual.pdf If these keys are in service and the installer has enabled audible feedback, holding down the key for two seconds will cause the keypad sounder to beep indicating that the input has been accepted and transmission is underway. The transmission of the alarm to the central station is delayed for 30 seconds. If the alarm is not cleared within the 30 second delay, it will then be transmitted to the central station. If the alarm is silenced and the smoke detector is not reset, the alarm will resound after 90 seconds. If there is no smoke, the system will return to normal. Scroll to find: Ask your installer for more information regarding your system’s operation. Begin with the panel in the Ready state. Should the system fail to function properly, call your installation company immediately for service. The bell and keypad buzzer will sound for two seconds and all keypad lights will turn ON. The zone light will turn OFF when the system restores to normal (i.e. door or window closed). This message will disappear when the zone is restored. Should the system fail to function properly, contact your installer. If one of these trouble conditions occurs, the keypad will beep twice every 10 seconds until you press any key on the keypad. If you cannot determine the cause of the trouble condition, contact your installer for assistance. One or more zone lights will turn ON, indicating the various trouble conditions: When this trouble occurs, the Trouble (or System) light will turn ON but keypad buzzer will not sound. The following will occur: To set the system time, following the instructions in “ Setting Date and Time ” Alarm memory will automatically display each time the system is disarmed. With an DSC wireless receiver installed the PC1616 is compatible with the full line of DSC wireless security products. The PowerSeries PC1616 also gives the user more control, thereby enhancing the functional experience. The PC1616 features up to 47 user codes, up to 8 keypads, and 2 partitions.https://www.iso-clean.fr/wp-content/plugins/formcraft/file-upload/server/content/files/162a012f459456---Cuisinart-brew-central-coffeemaker-manual.pdf With global arming and disarming, and scheduling auto arming and disarming, the DSC PC1616 panel is a preferred choice of installer's and DIYer's. The new PowerSeries PC1616 control panel from DSC makes installation easy, simple and fast with label programming using the pre-loaded library. The PC1616 panel features template programming for new users and a programming interface that experts will be familiar with. Each hardwired zone can be independently matched to the devices EOL configuration, reducing the time required to get a common EOL configuration across all security devices. Likewise, wireless device enrollment can be enrolled quick and easily. With the wireless device enrollment process, DIYer's are not required to manually program serial numbers or wireless attributes. Instead, enrollment is completed by confirming the confirm Electronic Serial Numbers (ESN), zone numbers and zone type through a series of user friendly screens. The PC1616 panel is equipped to send alarm signals over the TELCO traditional telephone network. Addionally, the DSC PowerSeries has also been proven to work reliably with certain VoIP providers. All of these VoIP providers use an independent IP network which allow for acceptable alarm signal data communications. Unfortunatley, VoIP providers such as Vonage, Ooma or Magic Jack are not compatible for alarm monitoring. If you are going to use VoIP alarm monitoring, please make sure your VoIP provider is approved for transmitting alarm signals. If you have never had a monitored security system installed at your property, you will need to run a phone connection from a live phone jack to the PC1616 alarm control panel. You also need to make sure your phone service has long distance turned on. If you have VoIP service, you need to make sure that the VoIP service is live at the jack you are plugging the alarm control panel into. Do-it-yourself (DIY) installations are an emerging new trend in the security industry. Being one of the pioneers in this industry, we are the perfect partner for any DIYer considering an installation of a new DSC PowerSeries security system. You can be confident that your DIY security system installation will be backed by a team of real security professionals and DSC's 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
