Only certain features worked, mainly because it is held together with packing tape. I used the pictures once again, and found one exactly like the old one. Ordered it, put batteries in when it came, and every feature works just fine. What a good price and investment! This works great. Worked with the cable box right off the bat. However, it didn't come with any instructions, it was supposed to, so we had to stop by our local cable company to get directions on how to program it to be compatible with our TV.Product was shipped and received in a timely fashion. Was sealed in plastic product bag with instructions. This product, however is very cheaply made. It mostly works, but the battery compartment panel cover easily falls off. Would not recommend this specific product based on the quality. Returned item.
