One that lets the sound come through loud and clear without annoying blaring or distortion and, most importantly, without affecting your sensitive hearing. I have converted alot of movies to put on it all you have to do is call memorex and they will give you the intructions to convert the movies. This mp3 player is definately worth the money. Yasi 3.0 out of 5 stars Thank goodness for amazon's hassle free returns and awesome customer service, but as far as the device I was so happy to receive it and surprise my niece after I have put her fav music in it. I charged it in one of the ports of my computer and it didn't recognize the device. I still have windows vista on my laptop.I don't see how it doesn't recognize it. So I make sure that the port that it is hooked up to can charge this thing.(I even tried the port with my iPod and phone. Ok it works.) So I charge it for an hour and check on it. Nothing. I google it and someone had said a couple of hours. So I wait another hour and turn it on. It should have enough charge to let me know that it is charging on the display screen like it said it would say. Again. NOTHING. So I read some other reviews and one person said she bought 2 and on one of them had the same problem as i did and on the other, it charged. So I am at a point where I will be returning this one and waiting for a different one. I hope this doesn't happen to me again. I will update my review when I get one that works ( it will never have 5 stars from me) or i'll be giving it a one star for inconvenience and getting my hopes up. Fantastic! ?? I threw out all the packaging since we’d had such great luck with the Pirates stick! For the last two months she has been enjoying the mix clip that we gave her with it. We had no issues until last week. To fix the problem you have to re-format the device (very easy, but takes a few minutes) and then when you go to synch the next time you have to tell Windows Media Player not to “create folder heirarchy on device”. So then I got around to downloading the Windows Media 10 update only to realize that that version is only available for Windows XP and that Update 11 is for Vista. After updating I was sure that my many errors were over, yet then I had to erase all of Media Player’s files in order for it to allow me to add music. I waited all day after getting the MP3 player synced, but it has yet to have charged. We’ve NEVER had a problem with it.
